Good Product, also DIY products available

Fast service and quality goods. But I also have one complaint, small but very important for me. I chose the DHL shipping method, not knowing that they charge for the service of hiring a customs agent. That service costs more than the delivery service from the Netherlands to Serbia. They ask that I want to hire them to submit the goods to customs or a local freight forwarder. This second option is practically impossible. With UPS, these additional costs do not become. It would have been extremely complicated if I could have found out that information myself before choosing the delivery method, so I believe it would be good if you inform us customers outside the EU about it. Thank you very much.

I wasn’t advised about the import tax at the time of purchase but only when the parcel was out for delivery. That was the first I knew about £43 import tax.

I decided to give a try at Soundimports. I liked convenient site interface and search features, last but not least - blazing fast 2-daysUPS delivery.. Why not then, seems to be awesome service..

So, after 5 days from order payment shop has managed to create a shipping label. I find it quite far from what's been promised. No point wondering whether the store has the product it sells, next time, I'll order from Audiophonics or TLHP where they care about orders also after the payment. I give it 2 stars because there is still a chance that the package will arrive before Christmas. Good luck guys with these standards.

Update after ~1 month

It seems that I was unlucky with my first order. The reasons are still shrouded in mystery, but I must admit that the handling of this situation was okay.
The after-sales service made an effort to ensure that I received the shipment, etc. I made another purchase, which was completed without any problems, as was the return of an unwanted item. Bumping up the score, good luck.

I purchased the Sparkos SS3602 op-amps from SoundImports to upgrade my XDuoo XD05 Pro, and the results have been absolutely spectacular. The entire purchasing process was smooth and professional, and the product arrived promptly and in perfect condition.
Combined with a quality linear power supply, the improvement is remarkable across every aspect of the sound. The soundstage has expanded significantly, with much better instrument separation and positioning. Bass definition is noticeably tighter and more controlled, and the overall timbre of instruments sounds more natural and realistic. Essentially, every aspect of the sound quality has improved.
What's even more exciting is that I believe the best is yet to come. I've read that these op-amps require approximately 100 hours of burn-in time to reach their full potential, and mine currently have only about 12 hours of use. If the sound continues to improve during the burn-in period, this upgrade will be even more impressive than it already is.
I highly recommend both the Sparkos SS3602 for anyone looking to significantly improve their XDuoo XD05 Pro, and SoundImports for their excellent service and reliability. The investment is absolutely worth it.

The order fulfillment and delivery were fast. Payment can be made in various ways convenient for the customer. The purchase was accompanied by all the necessary information. The actual characteristics of the products I received fully correspond to the descriptions published on the site. I liked each of them. The transport packaging was well prepared. Oh.. and the stickers with the company logo always help me quickly recognize my box. I highly recommend.
