Bought a brand new Bmx only to find out…
Bought a brand new Bmx only to find out missing a front wheel and full of scratches, rang up very polite and helpful. And got a new wheal sent out for next day and a few other bits. But still ain’t happy with the amount of scratches and they only offer me 15£ refund or 25£ store credit not gonna lie what a rubbish offer..I’m 100% certain the bike I bought was a show bike.. will never buy again. But great staff overall but could have done better offer. Due to damage.. also spend 30£ for a event I couldn’t event go too.
