Not a pleasant experience
Overpromised on timing, felt very customer friendly but communication on their end felt weak and week between departments and even there own account reps. I got called by 4 different account reps after we purchased and told them each time id reach out when an item is needed.
I got charged for a fee 2 months after the fact but they were able to wipe the charge. This charge was never brought up during the initial quote as well so if I did not do any due diligence then I would've paid for nothing.

Thank you for the feedback, Max. I’m sorry we missed the mark. We overpromised on timing and the handoffs between teams clearly weren’t smooth. We’re consolidating your account under a single point of contact and tightening our internal routing so you only hear from one person.
We inititally had issues getting in contact with you in regards to the overage fee incurred in your first rental with us, and the billing team had to close out the invoice. We ended up refunding you the charge.

Great Customer Service Representative
Gabriela was very helpful every step of the way, from receiving the dumpster to returning the dumpster. Specifically, the initial dumpster sent to pick up my dumpster was too large and couldn’t get into my driveway. I called sourgum and spoke with Gabriela, who arranged to get a smaller dumpster out to my location in less than a couple of hours. She’s a very good customer service representative.
