Misleading photograph online
Tried to contact no response for returns

Request for replacement but no response from the company. Sent several emails but no reply. Call centre contact no is fake.

3rd class quality , product display and despatch are totally different

Its a fake company. The display of product never matches with the product rec'd. Customer service is also a fraud. Customer care at 07554304202 don't care of customer calls. They are logistics company and only for suppliers and cut the call. It's a fake ..fake..company.its a caution to public. Namate

I purchased a 8 in 1 multifunctional torch from them seeing their description of their product. Forget 8 functions, not even 4 functions are functional. The other description about the product like power of the light, weight etc. everything appears you be false. This product is qualified for 5days return as per their description but I have been trying to return this product but no proper response from them inspite of several attempts.
I think this is a fraud business site. Beware all prospective customers while dealing with this company.

Hopeless company to deal with, cannot contact company once purchased aurelia shoes, they have send me oversized shoes no one to hear. Just discard this site

I recently placed an order on Space Life Store (spacelifestore.in) for two premium metal defense sticks worth INR 1998, which I prepaid via debit card on 19-02-2025. However, instead of receiving my full order, I was sent only one simple stick, which is completely different from the product description.

Upon noticing this fraud, I immediately contacted their support email with all the details, including images of the incorrect product. Despite their claim of 24x7 customer support, they have not responded to my complaint. Additionally, their phone number is switched off, making it impossible to reach them.

The shipment was delivered via Ekart, and tracking details suggest it originated from Surat, raising doubts about the authenticity of the supplier’s address mentioned on their website. The address they provide (Ranchi, Jharkhand) may not even be real. This strongly indicates that Space Life Store is a scam website.

Moreover, the stick they sent me is available in local shops for less than INR 250, while I paid INR 1998 for my order. This is a clear case of fraud and misrepresentation.

Why You Should Avoid This Website:

I have already filed a consumer complaint and will be taking further action. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Space Life Store and DO NOT purchase anything from this site unless you want to get scammed like I did. 🚨

Fake company. Defective product delivered.when contact for replacement, no reply from company side.

I ordered protection stick from them, 'cash on delivery 'basis, which was never delivered, courier company pretended, customer didn't response etc...

you cannot raise the return as the option does not exist.
after repeated requests for a pickup of defective product multiple SMS are sent to say the pickup is planned for the day/next day but rescheduled everytime.it is 14 days since request is raised for pickup but it is getting rescheduled

With so many complaints, the Company does not respond. Can't use foul language but this so called Company is really horrible.

I take up with you a matter reg purchase of trousers (buy one get one free) under Order dt 31.5.2024. Cash (Rs.1199)was paid on delivery, and on opening of parcel we found only one trouser (black). We reported it to delivery boy, who said he can't do anything about it.
A pic of the parcel bag was sent to company, which brings out following facts clearly:
1. Under product name: Buy 1 Get 1 Free
2. Parcel label also reads: Combo TR 42 Dark gray & Black.
Got only one trouser black grey was not there.
repeatedly tried to register my complaint through company customer care number, but sadly it didn't work.
I mailed them with request to deliver another trouser/ gray shade, and compensate me for negligence & harassment on the part of their reputed company. I wish to add that this is my first online purchase experience, outside of Amazon, and which has annoyed & disappointed me to hilt.
Planning to file consumer complaint against fraudulent company if grievance not redressed in 15 days.

Looks like a scam company, the order was incomplete. i ordered 2 items and got only 1, they will not return my email and the phone number is always busy.

The product was not the one ordered but of inferior quuality. All attempts to contact over phone and e mail was ignored. Fraud company.

Space Life Store, is a fraud. They send wrong items and bad quality. There is no option to return or exchange.

In fact the only way to reach them is by email, which they will conveniently ignore.

Don't buy anything from this store

I have order for a High stretchable trouser against order no.SLS394199 dated 22.05.2024 for Rs.998 but i got a plane black pant with 0 Stretch which is approx Rs.300 /- , I have tried for customer care but no response ,Now i tried to contract 07554304202 and one lady told for raise a return ,As per them they are only logistic partners and they don't even know the company name who has send this pant .But now i doubt they will not return my amount and get the wrong product also. Please don't purchase any thing from them. they are the Big fraud ..

purchased men gogger . The product i received is too small and of different colour. I contacted customer care. they are not answering my queries.
Kindly respond and change the product.
