From initial contact with Spanish Property Choice and specifically Val through to receiving the keys to our new villa, the service was exemplary, and all of our concerns were totally unfounded. Val had a solution for all of our queries and recommended the services of Spanish solicitors etc who made the whole experience seamless and also very enjoyable. Stoped by Spanish properties shop in Majcar to enquire about some properties as we were looking in area with cash budget , spoke to a woman at desk by door found her rude disinterested in giving any advice in fact derogatory treated as low class in a top end shop my shirt must have been last season’s, oh well went next door to Okisur nice people helpful and treated as a person.

From going into your office in Albox to enquire about putting the property on the market on the Tuesday, to getting the video and photos done on the Thursday, the property was advertised on the SPC website on Friday afternoon.

Matt did such an amazing job of the video and photos, we thought we must be crazy to sell it!

On Tuesday morning we received an offer without a physical viewing, which we delightedly accepted.

We cannot recommend SPC enough to anyone who is looking at buying / selling /renting a property.

We purchased our beautiful home in Spain with Spanish property choice last year and the service was outstanding. Move on nearly 12 months and since my last review, the service is still outstanding! We are still finding our way around and I have asked Emma for some help with local information and she has helped me out straight away. We have used spanish property choice a couple of times to find our perfect Spanish home . Sharon is always available for advice and to answer any questions . We viewed properties in mojacar playa last week with Robert who was fab he answered all our questions and knew what we wanted . Although we didn’t find a property with Spanish property choice they put us in the right track after the property we wanted had sold very quickly . Thank you to Kim in the office who tried to find us something else on the same complex . I would recommend them to anyone my friend bought a property with them 4 years ago after we told her about them and they look after her property when she is away . We would firstly like to thank Shaun and Robert for selling our property so quickly it was six weeks to the day of going on there website that we got the offer, we were confident it would sell with them but that was fast!! We recently bought an apartment in Vera Playa and cannot praise Spanish Property Choice enough. They listened to our needs and came up with five suitable choices. We chose the second one and are delighted, it is perfect for us.

We took part in filming of Sun, Sea & Selling house - this experience was great fun and enjoyed spending 2 days with Sharon & Steve and the film crew and they even managed to find us our dream apartment in Vera Playa.

Leaving that aside no-one appreciates the after sales care involved and full credit has to be given to Emma the SPC office, she organised everything with the Lawyer. Having never bought a property abroad, the process was so easy and painless, literally from start to finish and completion took place within 30 days, unheard of in the UK. We would definitely recommend SPC to anyone looking to buy property in Almeria, it was the easiest and quickest property purchase we have ever made.

I could not recommend SPC any higher, Shaun and Emma were very helpful with the sale of our apartment which we thought we may have had problems with because of the pandemic but they marketed it really well for us and sold it. The sale went through without a problem and Emma was very informative regarding the sale. If you are thinking of buying or selling a property you cannot get any better than SPC.

Thanks a million for selling our house and managing things so well for us. It took you a while to get going on our property, granted in difficult circumstances due to the Covid pandemic. But suddenly everything fell into place when you showed it to the right buyers who loved it on sight (apparently) and from that moment Shaun handled things wonderfully and we are so grateful for his help and guidance through the details of the transaction.

We have recently purchased a property using Shaun from SPC. Initially we was nervous having used other estate agencies who quite frankly did or offered nothing requesting money up front etc.
We can honestly say that the whoLe experience so far (we have not completed yet) has been beyond our expectations.
