Shaun and Emma managed our sale well, although in the early stages we could have done with a bit more feedback with regard to viewings. Considering we sold during the Covid crisis, they worked efficiently to secure a buyer, even producing a video viewing for them. Our apartment even featured in the 'Sun, Sea and Selling Houses' TV programme.

We went out to Almeria, last October to view properties with Spanish Property choice. Whilst we were there we was filmed for the next season of Sun Sea and Selling Houses. We was made very welcome by the Garner family in every way, and through out the viewings we were never put under any pressure to buy.
At the end of the week we had fell in love with the first property in Arboleas From start to finish the whole process has been looked after by our Lawyer Jose of Delatorre solicitors and the Garner Family. Its been a roller coaster ride even more so with this pandemic we find ourselves in, but even so we still obtained a mortgage and took over the deeds on the 30th April 2020.

We recently purchased a lovely 2 bedroomed house near Mojacar through Spanish Property Choice. We had a great day looking at properties with Robert and then Sharon helped us get the property we chose. After watching the TV programme we can honestly say that what you see is what you get, the family are so lovely and true professionals. The after sales service has also been fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. The whole experience with this company has been great and would highly recommend them to anyone. We have now been in our new home in Arboleas for just over five weeks. Its been surprisingly easy to settle in because everybody we meet is so nice. Not least among them are the people at Spanish Property Choice, who introduced us to our beautiful house. They are quite a bit different from the estate agents we expats are used to in the UK. We found them not to be pushy in any way and their only concern was that we were totally sure that the house we chose was genuinely the right fit for us. Loads of advice about the area on tap, and not just about buying properties. We couldn't be happier with every aspect of our dealings with Emma and Matt.

We contacted them in advance in regards to the properties to which we wished to view there was no hard sell and Matt who showed us around was able to answer all relevant questions if not he went away to find out.
We sourced a property and was able to make offer on the same day they were able to recommend legals and the sale went through without any problems in the timescales agreed.

Terrible service! I asked for a valuation and I got one back for a different property. After 10 days of phone calls and emails still nobody got back to me. All I wanted was my valuation. I then wrote an email to the managing director who did not apologise in any way over the issue and finally gave me a valuation which was €50,000 less than 2 other agents in the area!

So having moved to Spain we retouched base with SPC to not only rent a property whilst looking for a property to buy, but to also look to purchase a property from them.

Well what can I say excellent time looking at properties, and although we gave them a brief on what we were looking for, being as experienced as they are they knew what we really wanted before we did. Did they come up with the goods OMG hit the nail on the head and we found our perfect property.

We are already receiving after care and not even got the keys yet?????

We’ve been looking for a property in Spain for about 2 years starting up afar north of Costa Brava down as far south as Mojácar and everywhere in between! We dealt with Spanish Inmobiliaria’s , fellas working out of the back of a car! English speaking Spanish , French , Dutch, Germany the lot !
We have of course watched the show, but being in it was a defiantly out of the question! Finding Three properties we liked I filled out an enquiry form from the website, within 2 minutes my phone rang with Emma introducing herself and making an appointment for our upcoming trip with her husband Matt, friendly, helpful and efficient Wow! Impressive!!
We arrived late for our appointment my fault , Emma phoned us to check we were ok , whilst waiting Matt rearranged our appointments we left the office 1/2 an hour late
The 1st house was the one & after viewing the others we went back to the office made an offer SUCCESS!!
Wow Matt, Val & Steve all helped sort out the contract the owner even popped in the office to sign it !

We contacted SPC through social media and arranged an appointment with Sharon at the Albox office. What customer service! Sharon spent 2.5 hours with us, getting our remit, offering advice, guidance and much more. We compiled a list of properties and left with Steve on our 2 day viewing spree, we had requested a 3 bed villa, but the last property we viewed was on Sharon’s recommendation. Steve was brilliant not only showing us the properties but giving us history of the area and town information as we had never been to this area of Spain. We arrived at Sharon’s wildcard, the gates opened and WOW what a property, immaculate in every way, we quickly compromised on the 3 bed scenario!!
Thanks to the Garners and SPC we have found our dream home in the sun.

Thanks to Andy for help and prompt responses to all of our questions prior to our recent visit to Mojacar, also thanks to Robert for his patience and professional attitude towards us when viewing a property recently, his knowledge of the property and local area was exceptional and we didn’t feel any sales pressure at all which was great! We have now decided to opt for long term rental rather than buying for the time being and are looking forward to continued outstanding service from SPC!
