Wholesome treatment

The Staff were welcoming and I felt that I was a human and was well informed as to what was going on. The reading of my notes was reassuring and I was given helpful advice.

Its been an absolute frustration and…

Its been an absolute frustration and the problem started long before 8 April. I have been trying to get guidance from an optomitrist regarding my glasses and what contacts would work, this took over 2 weeks to the point where someone actually contacted me back, and explained the process, which I was happy to move forward with and they were going to get back to me. which did not happen. Landed up ordering lenses off the website, which arrived before someone made contact again. then never heard from specsavers since.

To RUSHED?

From making my appointment through to discussion conclusion

From making my appointment through to discussing my eyesight with the Optomiterist was made so easy due to the friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. I was treated very nicely, I even turned up 40 minutes early and was given an early appointment.

I had a mixed experience at first

I had a mixed experience at first, but it improved significantly. Initially, I had to look around on my own for about 15–20 minutes before any staff approached or offered assistance, which gave me the impression that I wasn’t being taken seriously.

However, things changed once I picked up a pair and started trying them on. When I asked a few questions, I received excellent service. Victoria and another staff member (who helped with my appointment and whose name I didn’t catch) were both very helpful, attentive, and made the rest of my experience much better.

Overall, while the initial wait for assistance could be improved, the service I received afterward was great and appreciated.
Also the guy who assisted during the pick up was very courteous and friendly.
