I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Specsavers, and I would genuinely give the team a 10/10.

Choosing prescription glasses was quite a challenge for me because, beyond comfort and clear vision, I also wanted to find a style that I genuinely loved. Glasses are something I wear every day, so finding the right pair really matters to me.

I was initially assisted by Jordan, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Before my appointment, I had looked online and shortlisted around eight different frames. When I showed Jordan the options I had found, he immediately knew where each one was in the store and brought them all to me. He then gave me thoughtful suggestions about what would suit me best and helped me discover other options that I ended up really loving.

What impressed me most was his knowledge of the different frames and, importantly, the fact that I never felt he was simply trying to sell me something more expensive. He genuinely listened to what I wanted, considered my needs and comfort, and helped me choose something that felt right for me.

After wearing my glasses for almost two months, I was still having some difficulty adapting and felt that something might not be quite right. I returned to the store, and once again Jordan was incredibly helpful and took the time to make further adjustments.

On my next visit, I was assisted by Nikko, and I was equally impressed. Her professionalism, experience and attention to detail were outstanding. With just a few adjustments, she immediately understood what was missing and made the changes I needed to finally achieve what mattered most to me - being able to wear my glasses comfortably every day with clear vision.

Both Jordan and Nikko went above and beyond, and I truly appreciated the care, patience and professionalism they showed throughout the whole process.

10/10 - I would absolutely recommend Jordan to any friend, and Nikko is clearly an extremely experienced and skilled professional. Thank you both for such wonderful service!

I was early for my appointment and ended up finishing it just after the time it was supposed to start, their equipment is better than that at the health board.
