I just received my first gifted package and I can truly say I am impressed by the products they sent me, I was sent the 10 piece essential makeup brush set including the pink velour, marble rubycell makeup puff duo set. The brushes are super soft and such good quality very sturdy!! including the puff duo set the sponges are super soft and you can just tell the products are made with high quality material.

The most beautiful brushes. Amazing quality, thick and fluffy. So much effort goes into the packaging and the colours. Definitely worth every penny!

I just received my first delivery, and I’m beyond impressed! The quality of the brushes is absolutely top-notch—so soft and durable. The delivery was lightning fast, and everything arrived safely in stunning, eco-friendly packaging. I also loved the attention to detail in the presentation. It really made the unboxing experience special. I can’t recommend these brushes enough; they’ve exceeded all my expectations!

Over £70 order missing. No correspondence from customer service apart from one unhelpful link sent to me showing the item has been "delivered" yeah delivered to a "front porch" I don't even have a front porch? which if they took the time to actually read my initial email they would understand the issue rather than fob me off with a link. Been trying to sort this now for 12 days and unable to get any kind of response via email or facebook since which is really helpful. Considering how good their brushes are you'd think they would hire customer service to match. Unfortunately not.

These are my FAVOURITE brushes by far! I’ve got many collection and never had a problem, my twin sister purchased a set for me for my birthday in June & arrived VERY quickly & perfectly packed, My newest order was showing as delivered however I had not received. Contacted them and a lovely lady named Ella was great! So kind & helpful. Sent my order to me via a different courier service which had arrived & added a couple of gifts to say sorry! Some one the collections I have had for 5+ years and still looks new! Perfect brushes & perfect customer service! I will 100% be ordering more collections to add to mine♥️
