Shameused this company for 5 years…
Shame used this company for 5 years never claimed. Now they damaged car seats strapped on the pallet amd would not take responsibility, when sent picture pre delivery condition and after a delivery attempt customer refused as they was damaged in transit. Courier declined my first claim in 5 years. And stopped responding to email. Shame on them

Thanks for the good review.
Prices are driven by postcode - some areas more than others. Also we don't have hidden extras. Many companies are charging fuel as high as 15% and also tail lift surcharges etc. Tough times for everyone at the moment with such high inflation - sadly it hits us all.
Great Everytime, Honest Price, Great Service
I have used Speed shift 4 Times now across 18months and Everytime has been positive.
Price is very fair, service is great, definitely my go to for pallet delivery

Grand service. Collected as agreed but there was no indication of delivery date! Whilst, this was not critical, I wanted to have some idea of when it would arrive. This information was not provided until 15 mins before arrival!

Thanks for the nice review. The Next Day service is just that. Treated as a priority delivery is done asap. On the economy service our depots tend to call in advance - usually the day before. We also offer timed services etc.
I see in your case you did bok an economy so you should have had a call the day before. Having said that maybe the driver was passing anyway and called on the offchance.
A pallet from the UK to Finland
Speedshift did a great job, absolutely nothing to complain about. Laura simply can't be praised enough, she was immensely helpful, prompt and did everything she could to ensure that everything goes just the way it should. Laura, if you are reading this - thank you once more!
Unfortunately the experience with TNT, that was a subcontractor in my case, was less exciting, as they managed to miss the collection on the scheduled day.. But in my opinion Speedshift couldn't do anything about that, so they are getting 5 stars anyways.
In the end the pallet showed up in Finland even 2 days ahead the planned delivery date, no damage to the cargo or anything. So apart from the collection hiccup everything else went quite well. Thank you Speedshift, I will be happy to use your services again in the future!

Thanks very much for the lovely review. I will let Laura know. We partner with a variety of companies and hauliers - we are also pallet network members in our own right. In this instance TNT did the linehaul for us. They tend to be a bit slapdash on collections but are pretty quick on delivery!
Not the best experience this time
Not the best experience this time, ended up paying for 2 pallet spaces when the 2 half pallets were supposed to be stacked on top of one another.
Have used them for previous jobs with good results but put off using them again after dealing with John in the office, who is quite black and white and not very customer friendly.

I am sorry to hear about this.
Sadly if the pallets are seperate we get charged twice. If the pallets were on top of each other and banded or strapped you would have been fine. All pallet networks will be the same in this respect.

Our prices are dependant on postcode and zone charges etc. Remember there are no hidden extra with us. Many companies are now charging up to 30% fuel charges and also for tail lifts. Some networks also have residentital surcharges in place.
