I do not have anything negative for feedback ... Speedycash is by far the best Cash Stores ..I personally have not had no issue ..( So Far ). ...and don't foresee having one...I just wish I knew about speedycash before.

I was told I was approved and I needed…
I was told I was approved and I needed to go to a family funeral and then all of a sudden. Some summer girl told me. I was denied now which I do not think was right considering I was already told. I was approved for $500 and I got. My family and told them I would be coming to the funeral and now I can't go. So I think speedy cash is not a good company for approving somebody. And then getting their hopes up that they can actually make it their family funeral and then taken their hopes and dreams and just pull them away from under them.

Under my account online their is no option to re-apply, sent 4 emails and nobody will respond. Terrible service. When you call the online department is closed.

terrible service/ Refund issue
Got a loan for 300$ had a mixup with work pay so my paycheck didn’t come out until 4:30 that day so I e-transfer the funds to them thinking it might of not went through. It’s now been 11 days with no refund from them. Not only that their customer service is a joke. I send 3 emails a day and get no response or update from them about the money I ever payed them. Not only that but now I have 90 in NSF fees because it’s not like 350$ is a small amount of money and I was not expecting to be short that. Very unprofessional and I personally won’t be using there services again. Honestly if I could give them zero stars I would.
