Sam and all involved with Spence Willard, Bembridge, have been wonderful. However, particular praise must go to Sam, Hannah and Lauren who predominately dealt with the sale of our property. Their friendliness belied the utmost professionalism from the first approach in considering the appointment of Spence Willard.

We were kept up to date with all due process and diligence from start to completion of the sale. Viewings were dealt courteously and with ease. This was aided by the fact that all staff involved visited our property prior to sale and hence, any enquiries were dealt with knowledge and proficiency.

Sam was also very pro-active in sourcing an idyllic rented property for us in Bembridge which is no mean feat!

We have no hesitation in highly recommending Spence Willard, Bembridge. They offer something different and very worthwhile from the general standard. In addition, their knowledge of Bembridge and surrounding area of the island is second to none.

We sold through Spence Willard this year and they were professional throughout, good communication and quick responses. Also diligent in conveying feedback from viewings etc. Would definitely recommend over the competition.

When you are (just) in your eighties and downsizing for the final time after more than a year of rentals on the North Island and then in Seaview, you need all the moral support you can get. The Bembridge branch held our hand throughout the stressful buying process and were always on hand with comfort, as well as acting as go-between with the vendor in London. Full marks for such a professional service!

We purchased through Spence Willard Freshwater and were always able to communicate easily with David and Sarah.
