Ive had a couple of problems at this casino but after I emailed them, they solved both of my concerns I had. They restored a bonus for me and helped me cancel a bonus that was delaying a withdrawal. I am happy to report they have handled me with care and I will remain loyal to them. I love their promotions and I win here some times. Overall not a bad casino. Their chat bot sucks though it needs to be tossed.
