Ease of website usage. Able to use Bread for payments and easy to understand the payment plan. Easy to understand the item that I was searching for. Although it would be easier to understand whether there was a charger included with the chair or not. I was unable to see if it was included or not by the photos and description.

Two failed orders from Amazon and over $7k of my money tied up for over a week in pending transactions at my bank I called SpinLife.com and the woman there was super nice and knowledgeable. She got me the right mobility scooter for my Father and gave me a much better price than what I would pay on Amazon. She also let me know the reason why the previous sales did not go through on Amazon because she had a direct link to see the inventory to be sold and the scooters I was trying to buy on Amazon was discontinued.

I had bought the exact same Drive Heavy Duty Bath Stool years ago and it is finally getting worn. I looked at others but thought "No I Want the same one again."
It does take some assembly, but well worth the time.

SPINLIFE APPEARS TO BE A LESS THAN CANDID COMPANY. IN MY EXPERIENCE THEY JUST LIE ABOUT SHIPPING AND CANCELLING A SALE.
ATTEMPTED TO CANCEL AN ORDER THE DAY I ORDERED. SPINLIFE SAID THEY WOULD TELL THE MANUFACTURER TO CANCEL. REPEATED INQUIRIES PROVIDED THE SAME RESPONSE. THEY WOULD LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS THE MANUFACTURER CANCELLED.
ON JANUARY 12, 2026 I WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL BECAUSE THE UNIT ALREADY SHIPPED. THEY PROVIDED A FEDEX TRACKING # THAT INDICATED IT WOULD ARRIVE ON JANUARY 14. IT DID NOT. THEY ARE PAID IN FULL BUT IGNORING MY INQUIRIES. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LESS THAN CANDID COMPANY.

Over a year ago, I contacted service/parts for a quote on replacement arm pads for a three-year-old Helio A6. I followed up numerous times and never got a quote. I finally heard from someone that they were waiting on a quote from their supplier. Never heard another word. Fast forward to now and Chat-GPT gets me a parts catalog. I request a quote to completely replace both arms of the chair. This quote come back quickly. $370 for both. I then ask for just the arm pads AND provide the part numbers and zero response for over two weeks. At this point, I just coughed up the $370 for two complete arm replacements since the arm pads have been bad for way too long.
