Ease of website usage. Able to use Bread for payments and easy to understand the payment plan. Easy to understand the item that I was searching for. Although it would be easier to understand whether there was a charger included with the chair or not. I was unable to see if it was included or not by the photos and description.

Two failed orders from Amazon and over…

Two failed orders from Amazon and over $7k of my money tied up for over a week in pending transactions at my bank I called SpinLife.com and the woman there was super nice and knowledgeable. She got me the right mobility scooter for my Father and gave me a much better price than what I would pay on Amazon. She also let me know the reason why the previous sales did not go through on Amazon because she had a direct link to see the inventory to be sold and the scooters I was trying to buy on Amazon was discontinued.

The Best Heavy Duty Bath Stool

I had bought the exact same Drive Heavy Duty Bath Stool years ago and it is finally getting worn. I looked at others but thought "No I Want the same one again."
It does take some assembly, but well worth the time.

SPINLIFE APPEARS TO BE A LESS THAN CANDID COMPANY. IN MY EXPERIENCE THEY JUST LIE ABOUT SHIPPING AND CANCELLING A SALE.
ATTEMPTED TO CANCEL AN ORDER THE DAY I ORDERED. SPINLIFE SAID THEY WOULD TELL THE MANUFACTURER TO CANCEL. REPEATED INQUIRIES PROVIDED THE SAME RESPONSE. THEY WOULD LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS THE MANUFACTURER CANCELLED.
ON JANUARY 12, 2026 I WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL BECAUSE THE UNIT ALREADY SHIPPED. THEY PROVIDED A FEDEX TRACKING # THAT INDICATED IT WOULD ARRIVE ON JANUARY 14. IT DID NOT. THEY ARE PAID IN FULL BUT IGNORING MY INQUIRIES. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LESS THAN CANDID COMPANY.

Hello Michael. Regrettably, we were not able to cancel the order with the manufacturer as they had already prepared your order for shipping by the time your request to cancel was received by them. We did let you know via chat that the order had shipped and the manufacture was attempting to intercept the package with the carrier, but there was not guarantee this could be done. They were successful, the shipment was ultimately received back by the manufacturer and you will be refunded in full.

For future reference, once an order has begun processing, we’re unable to guarantee cancellation, as it may already be preparing for shipment. However, we will always do our best to assist whenever possible.

Less Expensive Option Cost Never Provided

Over a year ago, I contacted service/parts for a quote on replacement arm pads for a three-year-old Helio A6. I followed up numerous times and never got a quote. I finally heard from someone that they were waiting on a quote from their supplier. Never heard another word. Fast forward to now and Chat-GPT gets me a parts catalog. I request a quote to completely replace both arms of the chair. This quote come back quickly. $370 for both. I then ask for just the arm pads AND provide the part numbers and zero response for over two weeks. At this point, I just coughed up the $370 for two complete arm replacements since the arm pads have been bad for way too long.
