Good customer experience and…
Good customer experience and communication with the company. There was an item missing from the order and I managed to get a replacement soon after bringing it to their attention. Best thing I like about them is that there’s always a person to answer the phone quickly unlike some companies with automated systems and long waiting times.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're sorry that we had to cancel your order and understand how disappointing this was.
Unfortunately, this was caused by a rare stock processing error. As soon as we identified the issue, we attempted to source another tyre from our suppliers, but were then informed that this particular model had been discontinued and was no longer available. With no replacement stock available, we had no option but to issue a full refund.
We appreciate this wasn't the experience either of us wanted. While we work hard to maintain accurate stock across the thousands of products we physically hold, occasional inventory errors can happen. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused.
