Amtrak MTB tyre
The tyre type is well known and described elsewhere online. It is a wide 2.4 inch MTB tyre which barely fits inside my 29 inch forks. The tyre trues up nicely and centrally. It does not.have to be inflated up to 2.0 bar to safely take corners. Hopefully it will last and can be re-cycled without adding any micro plastic to the environment. The price and delivery are excellent. Thank You.

Not very good experience to be fair
Not very good experience to be fair. Delivery and customer service was good. To a point. But my bike arrived with damage, there was paint coming off from above the forks. Also the chain was very slac. It was hard ish to put together with no tools in the box and there wasn't any thing to say I had to have the tools to do it on the description when buying.
Customer service was good quick response but being giving 40 quid to spend in store was a bit of an insult on a 500pound plus bike.

We're also sorry that it wasn't clear before purchase that some assembly would be required. Bikes are shipped partially assembled so they can be transported safely, but we appreciate that this should have been made clearer. Good fork and quick delivery
Good fork and quick delivery. Needed a new fork as Cube dragging it's feet on replacing on a new bike purchased through Tredz. Other products purchased through this provider have always been prompt and good quality.

Takes a while for US buyers but good deal and quality product make up for it.
Product delays in customs were unfortunate but overall a good buy. I will say I got a great deal. Dropper post fit and everything is working properly.

Received my Sram cassette and KMC chain…
Received my Sram cassette and KMC chain quickly.
Looking at the Sram cassette, markings differed from other cassettes on the internet.Weighing it i found it was considerably heavier than one i saw weighed on youtube.Is this a genuine Sram part ?

We can reassure you that the SRAM cassette supplied is a genuine SRAM product. We source our products only through authorised and trusted distribution channels, and this cassette is supplied as an OE component, which is clearly stated on the product listing. OE parts are genuine manufacturer products, although they may differ slightly in markings or packaging compared with retail boxed versions.
It's also not unusual to see small differences in markings between production batches, and published weights online can vary depending on the exact model, manufacturing revision, or even the scales being used.

Good customer experience and communication with the company. There was an item missing from the order and I managed to get a replacement soon after bringing it to their attention. Best thing I like about them is that there’s always a person to answer the phone quickly unlike some companies with automated systems and long waiting times.
