I bought a Thera-Band Pro Series SCP ™ 75 cm fitness ball. The logo on the ball does not look like the original product advertised. and the ball can be inflated to a maximum of 62-65 cm. I reported the problem via email, there was no response. Doubts about the originality of the ball are quite strong. It is impossible to replace a returned product. You're out of reach. I do not recommend anyone to buy here.

Das Logo auf dem Ball sieht nicht aus wie das beworbene Originalprodukt. und der Ball kann auf maximal 62-65 cm aufgepumpt werden. Ich habe das Problem per E-Mail gemeldet, es kam keine Antwort. Zweifel an der Originalität des Balls sind ziemlich stark. Es ist unmöglich, ein zurückgegebenes Produkt zu ersetzen. Sie sind außer Reichweite. Ich empfehle niemandem hier zu kaufen.

I ordered new size EUR 46 volleyball shoes from this company as they were a good price. After a long delivery period, they finally arrived and they were size EUR 46.5.
I immediately contacted the company after receiving the package, and after 2 days the response was "es tut uns sehr leid, aber Ihre Reklamation wurde nicht anerkannt, Sie haben die Grösse 46,5 bestellt". This was even though in my email I included the receipt of payment, which clearly states "Größe EUR 46.0/UK 11.0", and not EUR46.5.
They asked me to pay for the return myself, even though it is very clear that they sent the wrong product, and do not want to accept any liability for this. This is because their conditions only accept return fees when they accept a complaint, so are willing to lose customers just for a 5 euro delivery fee.

Do not work with this company, they sell products cheaply but are apparently not reliable. I should have read the Trustpilot reviews beforehand. I will not order from them again, and would advise everyone against it at this point.

I have sent this package back so they cannot delay more and then refuse delivery if the return period ends. I am about to put in a legal arbitration request, because this kind of behaviour is unacceptable, when the fault of the company is so obvious and in writing.

They send the wrong product (cheaper quality one), and then after waiting 4days for an answer they ask me to send back with my money and they lie saying the right product is not in stock.
This is not an acceptable customer service in 2021!

Bought the most expensive and highest rated safety helmet for my son. Not discounted, was happy to pay full price. Received one with only 2 years left to expiry of its certification. Sportega refused to address, saying it was not a basis for a complaint insisting the certification does not matter. Very disappointing & unprofessional for the most important piece of equipment.

Horrible service. I ordered two tennis rackets, one was defect, so I sent it back and asked for my money back. Instead I received another racket, I did not accept it and asked for it to be sent back to the store (as agreed with them). Later I saw the parcel in front of the entrance, the delivery company (dpd) had just left it there. I wrote to the company to organize a second pickup, naturally no response for weeks, I wrote again, I had to bring it to the packet shop myself, that's fine, but in the end, I didn't even receive the full price back! Never, ever ordering from Sportega again.

worst after sales service ever experience...delivery lost and chasing for 2 months to get feedback..while they've already cashed the money!

I bought a Head Speed MP (2018 model) for about 100 euros, and with the free stringing service I had to pay only the strings.
Hard to find something better.

Terrible customer service!
Would avoid shopping here especially if buying more expensive things.
I ordered a top of the line Thule baby jogger 4.5months ago. Initially all looked good although it did not arrive in the original box.
During my first short jog I discovered the wheels were bent and so I made a reclamation (including video evidence) to get new functioning wheels and were asked to send the wheels back. I then received back the same wheels which had undergone an attempted repair, although the are more aligned they are still bent.
After several further emails (most of them with no reply) and calls I have now been told I have bent the wheels myself during use although I have not used the baby jogger at all since my initial jog.
They do not seem to take client complaints serious and get turned down when asking to speak to a manager so would definitely avoid.

Great ice hockey equipment, quick delivery to Berlin.
