I couldn't even complete the signup challenges to get the free bets because they said I'm no longer eligible.
Also restricted to 84p max for bets.

They will restrict you as soon you win a few bets. They will only allow you to use casino, so they can rob you

I was repeatedly told by LC International agents that my bank was blocking withdrawal payments. I then tried to withdraw to paypal which also failed. An agent eventually admitted that they had problems processing withdrawals which had been acknowledged by their technical team and that they were trying to resolve

Getting my winnings from SportingBet, Coral and Ladbrokes has become hell recently. It used to be within four hours everytime, now it's days and only after initiating conversations with support. The icing on the cake is that on two occasions they have declined to give me a free bet despite me telling them of severe inconvenience and dissatisfaction with my experience. Unfortunately the UK gambling market is too competitive to invest any further time in companies like LC International and thus I have proceeded to close my accounts across all brands.

Very bad business towards a long term customer who has been betting with you for many years.

Wow I've seen some bad reviews on betting sites in my time but these guys have beat the lot lol lucky I cone on here I was just gonna make my 1st deposit

I deposited £40 and placed a total of 3 bets on here. 1 on an Arsenal game, 1 on Tottenham and 1 on a premier league ACCA. Apparently, this warrants completely restricting my account so that I can place a maximum of £0.84 on bets!? Ridiculous. Probably just because all 3 of my bets happened to win they didn't like that. Didn't even withdraw either as I was continuing to use their site, but apparently I'm not welcome. Bet365 is better anyway.

I downloaded this app last night put in 20 and won 100 on the casino I had no problems at all with withdrawing as most people are saying they had problems , the money was in my account this morning

Like I said played with £12 win over £200 on slots withdrew 200 and from that exact moment BOOM . No access to account . Spoke to online chat . Sent documents needed to be verified . Was told I have to ring them to get back access to my account . Spoke to a nice lady was told I could log back in within the hour . Logged in fine back on site went to play a game nothing loaded . Logged out logged back in YOUR ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED ! And surprise surprise no response on web chat at all , all of a sudden there’s no one available to answer my calls and every email I try to send it fails with an internal issue lol need I say more people ?? I’m so glad I did this early on like I do on all my sites to test withdrawal times and issues etc . They could’ve and would’ve had 1000,s from me but screwed me over after £12 lol I doubt I’ll see the withdrawal or the remainder of my balance . Join at your own risk guys . £12 well spent to know how bad these people are lol .

After reading the reviews of this casino I was concerned there may an issue taking out my winnings. However i got them a few hours later so I'm really happy with this casino so far.

I have spent 100s of 1000s in sporting bet recently and did not get anything back. They have rigged it in such a way that its so difficult to win. There are way too many bonus deals but you can't actually win most of the time. I will not be using them again. In the past 2 months I have put in so much and couldn't even get up to R5000 in winnings and then it was all gone. I thought to try again but everytime I deposit my funds get depleted so quickly. To think that because I've put in so much I'd at least be given a small portion of what I put in back, but that was not the case.

Do not bet with these scumbags. They let you deposit them they block you immediately and steal your money.

I signed up for sportingbet on the 24/03/2024 and was immediately electronically verified and was allowed to deposit and play.

Since then I have deposited around £750 playing slots. Yesterday I won £2000 and tried to withdraw my winnings. After almost 24 hours without payout I contacted support and was advised I needed to send documentation to verify my account.

I sent the documents even though UK Gambling Commission rules state;

"A gambling business can't ask you to prove your age and identity as a condition of withdrawing your money if they could have asked you at an earlier point. However, there may be occasions where a gambling business can only ask you for information at that time in order to fulfil legal obligations.

If a gambling business needs more information before you can withdraw your funds, for example, for anti-money laundering checks, then they should ask promptly and not only when you want to withdraw your funds."

After sending the requested documents, I received an email from sportingbet stating they have made a business decision to close my account and confiscate the balance quoting terms and conditions sections 14, 16 & 17. Having read these, I have not placed any fraudulent bets nor have I reached any other terms and conditions.

Email after email, customer service chat after customer service chat and I'm getting automated repetitive responses or told to contact the email that is giving me the automated responses.

Worst company in greece low odds on sports i lost 1k in 10 min asked for a bonus and they didnt give a single euro.dont play there are way better books

Bet placed 17 February taking odds offered under Best Odds Guaranteed promotion. Starting prices for two winning selections were better than BOG odds and return should have been circa £600. However bet was settled using shorter BOG odds and Sportingbet only paid out £410. Despite providing clear evidence BOG promotion rules applied they simply respond saying bet settlement is correct and give no explanation. My experience with this bookmaker was terrible and if I could have given them no stars I would have done. Avoid at all costs!

I made a 500 deposit, received an additional 400 bonus.. Placed a few bets n got it up to 1400, placed some more bets n got it back down to around 1000.. A few days later my account balance was zero.. I queried it with the live chat and got the following responses: Thank you for your patience, i regret to inform you that an amount of R R 602,57 plus R 400 was claimed back when your Bonus expired before you could complete your wagering... And: With regards to the above funds were claimed back when your Bonus expired, we will not be adding these funds back due to this action being inline with the terms of the bonus, to take this further you can contact the Western cape Gambling board. What a scam!

Do not register with this company. They will limit your stakes to laugh at you after first won bet. Stay away. Nothing new here, another company of deceiving crooks.
