Worst service by South African staff would not void bet for pitcher not being listed when the terms state the pitchers are to be listed at the start.

30 minutes waiting for 2 responses and again asked me what the query was when returning

I wouldn't associate yourself with any of sportingbet gambling sites. I created an account and upon opening spoke with a chat advisor to check account was open and eligible.
They did not tell me at that point that i was under any self-exclussion so I proceeded to make deposit after being inticed into a promotion advert they had.
I made several deposits that day equating roughly to £300 I almost lost all until a £1 accumulator came in at £950 roughly. As you can imagine i was over the moon with the result couldn't believe it! I was going to cash out all but held by the bonus terms i withdrew £756 and placed some further bets with some of the remainder balance in order to achieve the bonus if possible.
The following day i placed some bets in the morning then checked to see if i could find progress of my withdrawle it showed that it was still available to reverse meaning not yet processed which they do in hope you revers and give back to them.
I emailed them asking them to process if possible quicker as i wasnt going to be reversing as my account was overdrawn and i wouuld like to avoid any charges.
I then went for a cycle with neighbour all afternoon came back at 15;00 couldnt login and so i called them they then told me that they responded to my email and the response was closure of my account the woman i spoke with was named 'Stephanie' she seemed to feed off my frustration she was very cold, abrupt unsympathetic she enjoyed telling me that my account had been closed as i had previously requested a self-exclsuion bearing in mind i verified account upon opening they had took up until i won and withdrew money and emailed them to decide they will cancel my account.
My heart sank as during my cycle i had already prempted paying some debt off with the winnings, and the more i tried to reason with her the more she would cut me off, i tried to speak with supervisor manager anyone but her however she refused i called back numerous times she answered every call and said everytime i call it will be her, i asked if that would be everyday of the week and she didn't respond.
I then asked when the self-exclusion was requested as i had no relocolection of this.... turned out was 2011, and as per there terms and conditions you can self0-exclude minimum 6 months to maximum 5 years so my self exclsuion request had expired, THHIS BEING 2017.
I have sent all the details as a complaint to IBAS in hope they will make things right, i sincerely ask anyone who has experienced similar issues with sportingbet to come forward as they shouldn't be getting away with it, put your complaints forward to IBAS so we can be heard.
I also noticed other complaints against Stephanie and i totally get where your all coming from. I hope to find other forums to post my feedback and
I will update resolution through IBAS.

SB (previously Sporting Odds) used to be my favourite online bookie. I recently placed each way singles on two horses 5-1 and 14-1 along with an each way double. They both finished 2nd. However they returned at 7-1 and 33-1 respectively, therefore just like the other bookmakers I place bets with, I fully expected Best Odds Guaranteed to enhance my returns. I was horrified to see I was only paid out at the original odds. It is already difficult to try and win, but when you do, SB cannot even offer like for like. I closed my account and will now stick to placing bets with 'fair' bookmakers who wish to look after their clients.

I signed up to this casino as I like to deposit via Paypal, I found it very easy to sign up and deposit, the casino has great slots selection and live casino along with a great sports betting selection, I also have to say that having played in many casinos I found the customer support to be the best I have came across, friendly caring staff who look after the customer I say this having no connection with this casino in anyway but I found it to be a very good experience and as I say having dealt with a lot of online casinos in my time this comes out as the best for customer support and the site itself is good..

I signed up with sportingbet because of the generous offer. I've made a mistake depositing by PayPal after depositing £250
I told them if am I too late to qualify and they told me to make a fresh deposit by debit card and optin. I followed the instructions and after wagering a total £650 and losing they are refusing to give my £100 bonus instead they are asking me to make another fresh deposit to trigger the bonus that I may get the offer or not.
Don't be tempted to sign up with a promise of free bonus because they would not give it to you. Total scam!!!

They locked my account for no reason, and will not tell me why. this was the email i received"

Bad company, uncompetitive odds, poor customer service and pretty terrible overall site

I have only had my account a few weeks and in that time I have deposited on a handful of occasions.
My first few deposits were via CC, I then removed my CC details from my account as I wanted to start using Paypal.
I made a £15 deposit via Paypal, by the end of that day I was £100+ up so I decided to withdraw the £100.
First withdrawal request was to my PP account - Rejected
Second attempt to PP - Rejected

I contacted their support who told me to withdraw via a bank transfer. So I requested a withdrawal via bank transfer, I even phoned their customer services, who confirmed it was pending and there was no issue, but of course this was again rejected.

I was then asked to send in 3 forms of identification, which I did. I was at first told the images were not clear, which they definitely were. So I recent same images and they accepted them the second time.

I have now done everything they have asked but now they want me to withdraw the money to my CC account, however the only way to re-associate this with my Sportingbet account is to deposit more money with them, which of course my CC company will charge me for.

All in all their customer service is absolutely shocking, their processes are ridiculous and from reading other reviews and along my own experience, they will do everything in their power to stop you from withdrawing your winnings!

They locked my acount with over 1k euro inside, and refused to return any of it back just because they came up with that "money laundering" excuse.

How to do money laundering if i am depositing from my own pocket?
Is like i have to follow some rules if i want to take them back or?

Very bad company according to this point.

I opened a SportingBet account a few weeks ago and after roughly 3 weeks I had deposited around £3000 and withdrawn around £4500, so I was £1500 in profit.
I logged in one day and tried to place a bet only to be told that I was no longer permitted to bet anything over £0.10. I called to ask an agent why this was the case and they said they were unable to give me any information other than that they were happy with the amounts I could now bet and the decision was final.
Please don't use this service people, you literally cannot win because if you do, they ban you from their site. In addition to this, they don't offer best odds guaranteed and they don't offer live streaming. in comparison to the larger bookmaker sites these guys are relatively tinpot and don't offer anything like the level of service Bet365 or PaddyPower do. I joined for the welcome bonus and ended up winning my first couple of bets so kept using the account.
In summary, stay away because they won't let you take their money!

Shocking, refused to fufil the bet 5 get 20 free promotion they claimed I didnt click to "opt in" and implied I was lieing, only reason I joined in the first place was to get the free 20. Do not use this gambling website.

Re-visited Sportingbet recently and surprised by the number of changes on the site. Everything looks much cleaner and less cluttered now, with access to the links I need more sensibly laid out. Bets are easy to find and place, and happy enough with the process of withdrawing winnings. Especially great odds for horseracing!

Why is there no zero star rating available? Just terrible. Maybe betting rules are different in Alderney, but the fact that they discriminate with respect to prices offered between customers should tell you all you need to know....
