One of the best sites on the market,very easy to use with good customer service

It not a bad betting site fast pay out should do a lot more promotions like the bigger site and a fast pay out so not to bad

No problems with this site so far, pretty standard like most betting sites ,could perhaps offer a few more incentives to customers like some of the bigger sites do .But all in all not the best of the best but certainly there are plenty of worse betting sites than Sportnation.

Average website. Nothing to shout about.

I politely asked where I could find my free bet after taking part in their promotion. Within an hr they'd stake restricted my free bet so it couldn't be used and had sent my an email to say I am no longer able to use their promotions.

Clunky website, awful odds and bad promotions. Avoid.

For “business decision” I’ve been excluded from promotions. This means, they are happy for me to lose money to them but won’t allow me to profit. This is not fair play.

Their customer services are ok but as a company they’re not interested in equitable play.

I would love to know how much of there customers winnings this company as actually not paid and kept to themselves.
It's known as theft in the real world but it's not even a minor detail to this company, they just carry on doing it and getting away with it.

Very long withdrawal times. It says all withdrawals should be processed in 24 hours in their complaints procedure. Went to the chat and was told up to 48 hours and excluding bank holidays and weekends. If you want your winnings in less than 3/4 days don’t use this company.

Seems like any other betting website to me. They offer everything that a normal gambling company should.

Unlike previous reviews, I have not had any issue with stake restriction or withdrawing my funds. I suppose only time will tell if this happens to me or not.

So far, so good.

Never won big on this site. Tbh never won anything on it. Still good site well set up.

Absolutely Shameful! So i placed a bet over 2.5 goals at odds of 1/4 in firsr half and whilst placing the bet selection changed to over 3.5 yet the price remained 1/4. Upon contacting them straight away, thy said selection remains same and so do the odds. I said look at the odds and they do nt reflect the selection, they said thy know but prices wont change. This would have been ok if previously when i placed a bet thy gave me much higher odds by mistake, i won and then they changed it original! Their rules change to accomodate themselves!

Decent website. Lags a bit from time to time. Competitor odds, could do with an app if not already done so.

Been betting with them for couple of years and soon as I started to win they limited me to £0.01 what a shameful betting site

SERIOUSLY BAD COMPANY

My experience started from my first bet (and last) bet. back in April 22. Consisted of

i) my first bet won but Sportnation decided I placed the bet late ( how !!) and took away the winnings after crediting them.
ii) no bonus was paid on opening account. Sour grapes no doubt.
iii) betting facility reduced to 1p. More bad grapes.
iv) when I complained several times they eventually paid back on the winning bet, but still no bonus or increase in 1p stakes !
v) Had enough of unprofessional company so tried to withdraw balance. That took several days and several emails.
vi) Today I closed the account. I think. No confirmation email.

they are absolute con artists and withold my winnings on my account due to having an old bank card on there system and say it must withdraw to that card, or get a letter from bank stating the card was lost in my case even though the old bank card uses same account and sort code as my new card which is where I want my funds withdrawn to.

What bank is this world would issue a new card that uses same sort and account number if the other card (lost) was still active!?

Good job that my day Job is working in gambling commission industry solving complaints such as these ..good luck sport nation I am coming.

***** Update *** 01/06

Finally received written proof from my bank stating that the old card was lost, sent in to sportnation and within an hour I received my funds to my new bank card.

I shouldn't of needed to go through this fiasco especially when the account and sort code have always been the same but long card number was different.

Never coming back sport nation

Having to earn a certain amount of points and then purchase 'Best odds Guaranteed' for racing betting is poor in this day and age.
