Great games had a big win very fast at paying out

Shocking company to deal with. As soon as I had a few winners and I don’t mean huge winners. Few small bets, I got an email saying I was being stake restricted to 1p, yes 1 PENNY. Went to withdraw my money to be told it was below the minimum amount for withdrawal but I could put more money into account. Did that, went to withdraw page and now I need to verify ID, did that and still can’t get my OWN MONEY out of my account. Absolute joke of a company. Quick to ban you if you’re winning but if you’re a mug better and not very good at winning they’ll bend over backwards for you as bookies only want mug betters and not winners. Stay well away.

Awful site. After a while of betting, being verified etc. The site closed my account by the compliance team without any reason provided whatsoever! Absolute joke.

Made first deposit. Tried to then withdraw winnings of £100 but needed to send I.d. all OK sent that and was told to now withdraw. Still couldn't get past the verification page so they told me the payments team would manually send the withdrawal. Fair enough. Went on live chat to ask if I would need to have it done manually every time and while we were chatting I was blocked out of my account! Can't get back in now. Waiting for an email from them to explain. Had over 100 quid in there!

Odds are poor and offers even worse. The staff act like it's their own personal money you're taking from them

Don't touch this site, all take and not even the slightest bit of give back. RTP seems non existent on this site. don't say I didn't warn you!!!!

Opened an account, placed about 3 small bets (didn't even do the welcome offer) and they stake limited my account and took away promotions. What a waste of time. Don't go there. Utter rubbish.

Opted in for promotion but agent told me I hadn't and offer had expired even though I still had original email which shower offer was still available, agent was not interested in what I had to say and ended chat .

Had an issue with a bonus offer which I received. Spoke to an agent who was completely unhelpful and no knowledge at all of what I was talking about. Had to send email to have this resolved.

Alright, easy to use, decent offers. No hassle with them, only wouldn't give 5 stars because of their higher withdrawal limit that most other sites don't have.

Be warned! The 20p roulette game and I imagine all of their casino games don't play like they are random compared to other sites. Horrible compensated games give this company a miss on their casino games utter garbage!

So from the time I’ve used it, when depositing and even the latest rewards spins I opted for, never appear nor do I receive a popup window! This would mean being on chat a lot.

Bet builders are not as good as other sites

The lack of cash out options needs improving as well.

In total I deposited £60 no problem... at first lost and tried to withdraw £30 but it bounced back. Ended up playing that £30 and winning up to £120. Been trying to withdraw it for about 2 weeks now and they are telling me that Natwest and RBS have changed their polices and won't allow them to pay me but as an alternative I must deposit via PayPal and then withdraw again using that method... so basically they want me to put more money on in order to withdraw. Not just that but the £120 has been pending for many days so I don't even have the option to do so. They keep telling me they will sort it and "inform the payments team" but I'm still waiting.. Never trust a site that can take no problem but won't pay. If I get my money I'll still close my account as they cannot be trusted

Should improve bet slip layout, makes it difficult to see what’s won and what hasn’t - you have to click on every individual bet to see, instead of it being a small tick or something.

Contrary to a lot of other posts I can't really fault this company. I have only used the betting site except for a few free spins I got. I got all the free bets due for promotions except one which I had to contact live chat for and was added to my account straight away. I have made a couple of withdrawals without any problems. So yep, no problems really although I haven't spent that much on the site or withdrawn any large ammount but will have no hesitation to spend more.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the odds aren't the best but not the worst either.
