purchased some item from Preston branch and some posted next day

As always great service weather over the phone or in store the team in Preston are amazing and same with customer service team no pushy sales just true advice and genuine care great will make further orders

Top box was received locked with the keys inside. Asked for replacement key but told that was not possible. Sent box back and requested replacement. Then was told out of stock until November so asked for refund and ordered elsewhere. Had to waste an hour taking to post office and returning. Next day was told there was stock after all but it was too late I had already ordered elsewhere for £8 more. I spoke to two different Ben's in Customer Service and they didn't seem to care one bit. Total shambles and disgusting service.

Not the first order and also not the last one. Perfect service as always.

The part I ordered didn't fit but the team at Birmingham were helpful, knowledgeable and sorted everything out easily and quickly. Correct part arrived in 2 working days, fitted and all good.

Amazing service, needed a Gold standard disc lock for my insurance renewal. Bought Oxford Alpha XA14 Alarm Disc Lock at the best price and item arrived the next day! Disc lock is excellent quality and fits really easy and operations of the alarm on/off is very simple. They are a great shop with huge amount of gear and every time I've used them, they've been first class. Always easy to deal with, even if you need a return too. Highly recommend them.

It was great to be able to try on several different types and sizes of jackets and trousers . A big thanks to Lee in Milton Keynes store for his advice and help in choosing the right gear.

I have been using Sportsbikeshop for years now,
They are and will always be my 1st port of call for anything bike related from clothing, Luggage and parts.
They are the Gold standard especially if you need something in a Hurry.
I always like to pay a little extra for their DPD courier Delivery, 99% of the time i order one day and reveive by Noon the next day.
What's not to like?
Their returns Dept are excellent too when for example buying clothing as each make's sizes differ, not a problem at all.
