Prompt delivery and excellent returns procedure. The only think that would make it better would be to not charge so much for returns. But since everything is to much cheaper it's not that gauling! I've returned something to another company on the same day, same way via post office and had nothing, not even a communication saying it's in the system. Sports direct tell you what's happening every step of the way. Well done 👍

They sent the wrong size shoe out

They sent the wrong size shoe out. Not the size I ordered. The box says one size and the shoes are another. Also not wrapped in tissue and packed properly, just shoved in an empty box.
