Had a pair of shoes fall apart on me after a few days. Team were much more helpful than I expected - was able to get an equivalent replacement once I had got around to sending back the defectives. Normal service in other-words but still, that’s pretty decent. Previous orders have all been shipped quickly. Ash

That was my first order from the sportshoes.com. Based on the lot of positive review I knew it was going to be great company. Straight forward order process. After placing the order my shoes arrived in a few days time. I decided to buy a waterproof one. I couldn't test it for a while as we had a very dry summer. Then I went for a walk and started to rain heavily. Unfortunately my shoes let the rain come through. I emailed the company to get it resolved. Angela took the lead and after a few question, requested to send it back for investigation. Once they received it !!! in a few hours time only!!! received a phone call from Natalie who explained what options I have as it was a faulty shoes. I decided to pick an other brand. As the new was more expensive , there was a difference. Natalie offered to reduce the difference by !!! 50% !!!. I accepted happily :). Natalie was not only professional, friendly, but she also made sure I was completely satisfied with the resolution. Absolutely amazing customer service. She is a real asset of the company.

I purchased a pair of Nike running shoes from Sportsshoes which arrived in early August. After only a few runs, I noticed that the tread on the sole was starting to come away. I contacted Sportsshoes on 27 August and sent photographs clearly showing the issue. I was told the trainers needed to be returned for inspection, which I did. It has now been over a week since they received them back and I am still waiting for a decision. I have called for an update and, although the person I spoke to was apologetic, I was simply told they need more time to inspect them. Before returning the trainers, I took them to my local running shop, who looked at them and felt it was clearly a product fault.
I appreciate Sportsshoes didn't manufacture the trainers and products can develop faults. However, what a retailer can control is how they deal with a customer when something goes wrong. For what appears to be a straightforward fault, I don't understand why it should take this long to reach a decision. This experience has reinforced why I would recommend buying from your local running shop where possible. It's when something goes wrong that the level of aftersales service really counts, and unfortunately, on this occasion, the service from Sportsshoes has been disappointing

More than happy to give this company top marks, they have a great selection of top brands at good prices but more importantly it is the after sales service that makes the difference, big shout out to Zakiyyah in their Customer Service department on this front. I had needed to order trainers quickly as had mine stolen on holiday so I ordered several pairs to try. This meant the return was a little tricky and one of the operators gave me some incorrect information however Rebecca was helpful, kind and understanding on the phone and Natalie quickly processed my refund.
