The package came on "time". It was shipped UPS, and they are horrible with estimated time and actual arrival dates. But to no fault of Sport Systems.

There was one small part missing and I contacted Sport System, and they immediately sent out the part to me. Thank you!

We purchased the golf net and corner kit! My dad loves it and is in the backyard often using it.

Very impressed with the netting I bought. The web site widget helped me connect to one of the staff on a stat holiday - talk about customer service - and got me answers right away. I really liked that local pickup from the bricks-and-mortar facility was available because it saved me time and money. The nets worked out perfectly, letting me DIY a very durable baseball batting cage in just one weekend. One thing I think might improve your value proposition would be to carry some complementary hardware, or perhaps to team up with a 3rd party to outsource accessories like frame members, portals and net weights.

I purchase two custom sized 10" thick mats with velcro connecting strips for my home climbing/bouldering wall. I received my order earlier than quoted and have been using them daily for a few weeks. The stiffness of the mats are a good balance between supporting and cushioning a fall off my wall. This means I can set harder routes for training without worrying about falling off the wall. So far I'm happy with the quality of the mats/covers and I'm glad I could buy them from a local company.

The hoop is amazing, we just installed it last weekend. It got delivered in the delivery time that was mentioned. Sport Systems needs to send the hardware for the backboard with the price. I bought 2 Seperate sizes as I didn't know which ones I needed.

Sports Systems is always reliable, very friendly to work with and use quality products. Once again, we are so happy to use them for our gym needs.

Easy ordering and quick response for the quote. Shipping was excellent and product is heavy duty and not cheap.

Product is good. Delivery and advising about delays left a lot to be desired.

The basseball net it self is great and the shipping was very fast but in the images it showed that edges of the netting was tied or wrapped to make it easy for install. It turns out it is the same webbing with no re-enforcement. It is still a very nice product.
