Still no sign of my product
Placed an order on the 9th of May. Delivery was due between 14th-20th. No sign of my parcel and customer service replies are more confusing than anything. They then told me it has been posted so there is no tracking and now they are ignoring me!
*Update* emails replied to after I notified them of bad review and this was during the week. Have just received confirmation my order will be remade OVER THE COMING DAYS. No urgency whatsoever.

Great service. The graphic print was high quality and the quality of the hoodies is really good. Delivery was ahead of ETA which was a nice surprise.

Phone number dead & PSD2 payments fail.
Phone number dead & PSD2 payments fail.
I spent a few days trying to finalise an order on spreadshirt.ie
The app etc all worked well, however when I tried to check out the payment hung with a infinite spinner of death. I tried with different cards and browsers, all the same experience.
I rang the phone number on the website, it was dead, could not connect.
I emailed including all details and was told that the payment failed and I was welcome to try again.
I opened the dev console on the brower and saw it was an issue with their implementation of device fingerprinting for EU PSD2 regulations.
I managed to complete the transaction using Apple Pay eventually.
The order is just completed, so I can't speak of the quality of the product, but the payment product is not PSD2 compliant and your support phone number is dead. In any modern web application this would signal a non trustworthy site, to be treated with caution.

The quality is not too bad
The quality is not too bad, however when setting a design, the colour of the text was showing white and I received the time with the text in black, on a navy colour, it is quite dark. A bit disappointing

I am very sorry that you are not satisfied with your order I can understand how contrast issues can be disappointing.
Because at Spreadshirt we do not question artistic choices, it is important to bear in mind that placing a dark design over a dark fabric or a bright design over a bright fabric, will result in a contrast problem. Despite being visible on the screen is important to take in count that brightness on computer displays can always be adjusted if something is not visible.

Not great quality
I ordered a mug. The image and font are pixelated. It’s also not perfectly straight. I wouldn’t be happy with the printing on the mug. I don’t recommend this company, if you’re a perfectionist.

Our own print looks great
Ordered an organic cotton hoodie printed with our own design. Design framed well and printed clearly. Good quality, nice colour, size as expected. I would give 5 stars if delivery were quicker. Did not realise this was coming from outside my country. Would order again.
