Fantastic service
Fantastic service, needed the ordered items asap for an event and the staff were incredibly prompt and help ensuring they were shipped on time! Have used spreadshirt before and will use them again.
Not dropping the rating for this section of feedback because it’s outside their control but UPS where I live is truly awful and lied about attempting delivery twice, meaning I had to arrange for the items to be collected, please consider adding alternative shipping options/providers.

The product and printing are fine.
Only problem I have is that I ordered this in the early hours of the morning and decided to cancel the order later that moring to be told it was too late to cancel as in production. The window was very narrow for a change of mind.

Great servivce
I received an email to say that there was an incomplete address which may lead to delay in delivery. I had paid extra for quick delivery so i required this item. I contacted UPS and a very helpful chat person Ken arrange to have my eircode to be added to the item and I received it the next day. Great helpful service

DO NOT TRUST
I made two orders.
One ordering a lot of different clothing / merchandise for my company.
Then made a mistake with one - so I cancelled that ONE order. & reordered again with the right sizing.
I spent over €250+ got refunded NOTHING.
That’s not the issue.. 2 of the things I ordered arrive… I ordered about 8.
I’ve been back and forth with ‘support’ on emails and they said they’ve ‘refunded’ but I’ve gotten NO invoice/receipt and I’ve been going back and forth for the last 4/5 weeks or so. They don’t understand my situation even though I’ve explained in 10+ emails. They said they’ll send me a new order- but then sent ONE of the items I’ve ordered.
