negative Erfahrung mit Retourenabwicklung

Ich habe bei Spülenprofi.de einige Artikel für die Umluft unseres neuen Muldenlüfters bestellt.
Vom Küchenmonteur nicht gebrauchte Artikel wollte ich zurück senden.

Gem. den AGB habe ich den Widerruf (der per Mail stattfinden muss, auf der Homepage gibt es keine Möglichkeit die Retoure abzuwickeln) innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt mitgeteilt:
Waren sind am Samstag geliefert worden. Genau am Samstag, 14 Tage später, habe ich die Mail geschickt.

Heute die Antwort, dass sie aus "Kulanz" die Waren zurück nehmen würden. Ich kann die Waren auf eigene Kosten zurücksenden und bekomme 70% der Kosten erstattet.

Nein danke. Bevor ich euch einwandfreie Produkte zurück sende, nur 70% des Preises erhalte und ihr sie wieder zum vollen Preis weiter verkauft, gebe ich sie lieber günstig auf Kleinanzeigen weiter.
