So rude. Went in there for first and last time. Do not go! Also, do not park outside shop - she’ll nuts and tell you to park in the bus lane 🤔

Hello Juliet.
I am really sorry you felt it was rude to help you not to get a parking ticket.
You were parked across the pavement outside our shop and the wardens locally are very hot on pavement parking and we have had customers get tickets there and for parking with 2 wheels on the pavement on the side road by us.
I suggested that you park in the red bus lane right outside the shop which is only a rush hour bus lane, weekdays before 9am and after 5pm.
The rest of the time as I said it is perfectly ok to park in the bus lane.
I know if feels wicked to park in a bus lane but it is only a single yellow line therefore not a full time bus lane and I would not dream of telling our customers to do anything illegal and would rather try to help them not to get a ticket by explaining where best to park.
I hope you will give us another chance to help you with your ski or snowboard equipment.
