Great service as always from Sputnik! first time I've shopped with them online, but used them loads back in the day at Wycombe summit and later, the shop in high Wycombe. Coming back to snowboarding after about 10years out, and was happy to see them still going!

Overall, a very good experience.
Overall, a very good experience, the (free) delivery was prompt & the price competitive. Unfortunately I had to return the item as it was not quite what I wanted but my refund was completed extremely quickly which was great. My only reservation is that you have to pay for any returns, that said - they were spot on with everything, so I would trust them to return to.

I am sorry about not being able to do paid for return postage but with so few returns and being only a small family business we do not have the buying power to get a good enough rate to be able to afford this.
