So far, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive with SSD Nodes. I use them for personal projects and trying out new self-hosted applications that I may want to use. I also use them for CI/CD processes related to some software hobby projects that I work on outside of my day job. Their prices are great, and they have been reliable in the few months I have had my systems with them.

SSD Nodes has also been actively trying to work with clients to figure out where they will head next in terms of improving their services, which I think is great. If they are able to offer private networking to clients along with firewall configuration within their web portal for client systems, it will make them more competitive to providers like DigitalOcean, Linode, Vultr, etc.

The one other important point to keep in mind when you are working with a VPS provider like SSD Nodes is that it is not fair to compare them to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. They are not built to be a competitor to these platforms, and you are not going to get the same number services, nor the level of sophistication that these other platforms offer with SSD Nodes. This isn't a bad thing depending on your use case. For me, this is exactly what I want as those other cloud providers are far too complex and costly for my needs. I use them every day in my professional life, but I have no interest using them for my personal projects.

Lastly, the only issue I have experienced during the past two months is that sometimes my VPS's have failed to come back up after restarting them from within administration tools that I use. When that has happened, I have needed to login to the SSD Nodes control panel and restart them from there. Once that is done everything is good again. I'm not sure why this behavior is occurring, but it hasn't been problematic enough for me to be too concerned given my use case for the VPS's that I run.

I been with same for some time. I was attracted by the price for SSD drive.
their customer support are very slow to respond, like in 24hr. So when you server i stop working just because its give up on Lunux operation system, and you dont pay extra..you totally screwed.
you have one general responds in period of 24hr. There is no one to call or chat

While SSDNodes does offer incredible pricing, it has been my observation that the products do not meet the advertised performance claims due to the resource allocation methods being used.

I have been using their VPS for two years, and despite repeatedly reporting serious network issues (where the server would go down after reboots or the network interface would disconnect automatically), the problem was never permanently fixed. I raised the issue with their support team 6-7 times, and every time they claimed it was resolved, but the problem kept recurring. Their support team never followed through with any effective solutions or even proper communication. If you value your business and uptime, it's better to spend a bit more for reliable service elsewhere. SSDNodes is not worth the risk.

I have joined SSD Nodes for few months now after trying many alternatives.
Very easy to setup, switching between Ubuntu and CentOS took few minutes.
And i have to say they have the most competitive prices in the market.

Right now my two servers with them are down. I was reading some bad reviews on them and it says that they are now overselling their service and therefore their hosting service is becoming slow and unusable. My action now is to move my hosting elsewhere. It was good when they started but now they are getting greedy and not caring about SLA.

Poor service & server performance, resources.Took a years service and it has been a real pain since onboarding. Servers stop working, service ticket reply get 48 hrs to respond and take action. No live chat/call support. No server maintainance ,monitoring ..poor uptime

I used to host several domains at IONOS and was considering purchasing
a VPS plan so I can have more control over my websites and installed packages.
After spending several days searching the internet for a decent plan that wasn't
too expensive, I could not believe the offer I found from SSD Nodes.

It looked too good to be true, but as it turned out and after reading reviews from
happy customers, it is real and they delivered on their promise.
I now have my own VPS with 8 vCPUs, 32GB of RAM and 480GB SSD at an incredibly low
price that no other VPS provider could beat.

While I was setting up my server with what I want, I ran into a situation that I
wasn't able to figure out on my own. I submitted a support ticket and was really
surprised to see their quick response and how much detail they provided to ensure
I got what I needed and understood their process. Get this. Not only did I receive
excellent customer service, but a day later I received an email from the CEO and
founder himself (Matt) inquiring about my experience to make sure I was happy.

I would highly recommend SSD Nodes to anyone looking to get the most bang for their buck
and great customer service.

I can say that it has always been an absolute pleasure working with SSD Nodes management and their teams. We do not have a customer/vendor relationship as is commonplace in today's business world, we have created a "partnership" over the years and work closely together regarding "our" goals and objectives. I'm delighted to review SSDNodes. I've been using them for my small business for about four years now and wouldn't consider any other provider. The pricing is fantastic. The support is excellent. A bit more:

The compute is great - I've only had two performance problems in my entire time with them and they were able to migrate me to a less utilized server quickly.

Storage is up to par - read/writes can be considered 'mainstream,' it doesn't scream but it's by no means slow.

Networking is outstanding - they are well peered and I've never had any troubles with quota.

I REALLY like saving dollars by using IPv6 only. Fantastic option. Easy enough to throw an overlay network on top of it and keep on.

Overall, an excellent value, great support, and good people to work with!

ssdnodes seemed reputable so I signed up for a several-year engagement. After having a rough start and their service not fitting my needs, I decided to cancel.

At that point they gave me a credit on an account that I won't be using. They refuse to give me a refund saying that I'm past the 14 day trial and then trying to explain their profitability calculations as an excuse for not refunding money they're keeping while not providing a service that I'm using.

In my book that's called stealing and I'd had for anyone that I care about to have this same experience. Do not use them. Stay away.

I purchased a 14 day trial. After I purchased it but before the 14 days were up SSD Nodes came out with a better deal than the one I purchased. When I requested the better deal, they gave it to me, no questions asked. The process to get the better deal was easy and hassle free.

When my journey started with hosting I really had no idea where to start looking. I came across SSDNodes after some research but was really surprised and skeptical with the price difference between them and the one I found in the European market.
Now I can tell you after few months of trying them out, I am satisfied with the speed of services and the technical team responsiveness.
Oh and I really like the new website, it looks fresh and up-to-date.

I have had a horrible experience with SSDNodes and I don't even know why! I have been looking for two VPS servers so I can set up a reverse proxy on one and containers on the other. I am already have a VPS host, but that host doesn't have machines of the size that I want. I went searching and came across SSDNodes. They ran a fantastic Black Friday promotion and I decided to sign up for two 48GB servers. It was a nightmare! I use a VPN when I'm on the Internet and I had my VPN active when I went to their site. I created an account and tried to purchase two 48GB servers. I configured the machines with the options I wanted and then went to the checkout page. I entered my credit card information. You have to confirm payment before checking out. I entered the info, hit confirm payment and received a message telling me my order was being flagged for fraud by MaxMind & I would have to submit a ticket to get help. I took a screenshot & submitted a ticket. Then I did some research on this error message & discovered that MaxMind uses geolocation of the IP and the billing address to determine fraud, among other methods. I also discovered they have issues with VPNs. I turned the VPN off and tried to place an order again. Same outcome. Each time, the service hit my credit card and I could see the pending charge, but then they promptly cancelled the transaction. I signed up for the service they use that processes the credit cards for them. It is similar to PayPal and it is called Line Pay. That service verified me and got me set up and then I tried the SSDNodes order again, this time using Line. Even though Line had verified me and processed the payment, again my order was flagged as fraud and promptly cancelled. I reached out via the ticket to see if I could get someone to help me, but there had still been no response. I wasn't home when I was doing this, so I contacted my credit card company & added the address where I was staying to the card. Then I tried again using that card, which now matched the IP geolocation. Same outcome. By this time, someone had reached back out to me and told me they would forward my request to the billing department. A while later, Arun reached out to me and told me to try again with my VPN turned off. He also closed the ticket! I used another credit card where I had also added the current address and got the same result. I opened another ticket and told them I needed help and asked if I could call them or if they could allow me to add money to their system and they then take that money to pay for the servers, even though my credit cards worked fine and had plenty of money on them. Crickets! Then I got a response and was told they would forward my request to billing again! At this point, I had tried to order a total of about 6 times, but I was frustrated because I had tried every method I could to purchase and received absolutely no support to complete the purchase. Finally, 2 days after this ordeal started, Arun sends me another message and says he can't approve my order because of how many errors I had generated in the system! I was absolutely flabbergasted by this because the only reason I generated multiple errors is because I tried to order multiple times and could not do so! It wasn't a money issue and I'm certainly not an individual who has ever had any issues with fraud! I received no support! They didn't ask for ID to verify I was me or that my ID matched my credit cards, which it does. They just ignored me. I have the emails & the screenshots to prove this. I reached back out to Arun through their ticket system to ask why he couldn't approve the order given the fact that the only reason there are multiple errors is because I tried to submit the order multiple times. I got no response at all. I've never seen an actual business operate like this! Here I am, willing to spend hundreds of dollars per server and I'm being treated like some sort of unworthy individual! I took this as a sign and I'm going with another hosting company. I'm mad at myself for wasting my own time trying over and over again to give them my money! As soon as I encountered the first issue and their response was lackluster, I should have just stopped and moved on. The server price was really amazing, but if this is how their customer support operates, I couldn't imagine them being responsive if I had a server problem and needed them. Oh well. I'm taking my money elsewhere and I would encourage everyone to avoid this company at all costs. Their prices might look amazing, but it isn't worth it if you can't get help when you need it! With my other hosting company, I had two major problems, so problems can occur even when you're doing nothing wrong. You need a company with reliable customer support. SSDNodes is not that.

I really like how easy everything was with setting up my server. Their products is budget friendly but also very dependable. Really recommended. Also the technical team was very helpful with setting my inquiries.

I always get the best deals from SSD Nodes.
The prices are really competitive from what i find in the market those days.

I have been in the tech market for long so I know how the system works that's why I have to give SSD Nodes credits for still providing competitive prices. I have few different servers with them till now few downtime that was quickly resolved. Their customer support was quickly available for help.

I decided to write this review after I had technical problems with my server. The support team went the extra mile to help me although the issue was from my end. So, for that I wanted to give them gratitude and to thank them.
I really hope you will have windows OS available soon. Thank you !
