Fantastic service ! Was so easy to order , glass and balustrade’s arrived on time was very easy to install with such clear instructions . We also had text messages with help if we needed it . Was so impressed my stairs look amazing !! Very happy customers and can’t recommend enough !

The team have been really helpful throughout, especially with clarifying the final measurements and being happy to jump on a call to sort things out with my installer. I really appreciate how responsive and patient everyone’s been from start to finish, it’s made the whole process much smoother. I’ll definitely be recommending StairFurb to others once the install is complete.

This is an update of my review for a glass balustrade on my landing. Having had it fitted by a carpenter the glass rattles in the grooves in the base and handrail. It's very annoying. I now have to get the carpenter back at extra cost to me to rectify it. This is not the carpenter's fault as he did mention it. The company say it was fitted incorrectly but that's not the case. Because we assumed the glass does expand and contract we didn't know what to do. The company have since advised to use sealant which had they answered my email could've been done on the day of fitting. So not a happy customer.

We've had a great experience using this company and their recommended fitter, F&H Installations. We had a really useful video call to run through the process and Matt from f&h even came to check our measurements. We aren't experienced in DIY but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both of these companies. We did have a manufacturing issue but this was dealt with and resolved quickly. F&H also did an amazing job cladding our existing stringers and we absolutely love the finished look.

They are brilliant, a little expensive, but very good service and so helpful with. During their video call they spotted things I missed and sent all of the right parts

From the moment we got in touch with Stairfurb to upgrade our staircase we were explained the process with live video calls and professional assistance that made the whole process easy to follow for any DIY enthusiast.I was amazed at how everything needed for the fitting was included,glue ,post spirit level,even an extension screw bit . We are extremely happy with the outcome and has made a huge improvement to our hallway would definitely recommend Stairfurb to anyone wanting to upgrade their stairway

I’m very pleased with the final result of my StairFurb balustrade. It was surprisingly easy to install with just a bit of DIY experience, and it has completely transformed the look of my upstairs landing. The team were very helpful and even arranged a video call to assist with all the measurements and answer any questions I had. The quality is excellent, and the modern finish really lifts the space. I was totally satisfied with my order. Order process is simple and there is a confirmation to ensure all measurements are correct. Wood was cut cleanly and finished to a high standard. All fixtures and fittings were included and installation was a breeze. So, I’m very happy and would highly recommend. Also recommend the glass cleaner!

The product is very high quality and the instruction videos and support you recieve is brilliant.
If you fit 3 glass panels then ideally you need 4 people to assemble this bit, the glass is solid and heavy.
I would take great care in measuring up too, it's probably better to have a longer piece than a shorter one, which you can't cut down. The hallway looks brilliant now, and everyone that comes into the house comments on how great it is. Thank you Stairfurb

Fantastic service from start to finish.

Was easy to order. You need to be confident to get your measurements which is a two person job on a staircase. They give you plenty of guidance and help though and they even supplied a digital protractor to ensure angles were correct. Once ordered you complete these details in your online account and provide them additional photos.

The items when arrived (approx 3 weeks) were of good quality, and the fit was perfect. Our staircase was an old one with softwood newal posts, spindles and hand rail. We went with the oak handrail, baserail and metal spindles - the white is actually egyptian cotton so not a pure white - this though was perfect for our plans. Make sure you add the fitting pack on final confirmation of order.

The fitting took just over an hour. I had removed existing a few weeks prior and prepped and decorated the existing newal posts and stringers.

We took our time with it and had a slight issue with one of our newal posts - not a stairfurb issue as this was existing - i would say if you are not competent at DIY then seek someone to asist you as it was a slightly trickier job due to our newal post being out of level and in twist.

The fit of the supplied base rail and handrail was perfect though - and the finished project looked fantastic!

Unfortunately the measurements were incorrect and the balustrade was out even though I did make mention off this to the customer service team and said it doesn’t quite look right.
I then had to re-order which I had too pay double the amount cost be almost £2k would never use them again.
Even with all the gestures and implications that it wasn’t their fault I do think it’s a nightmare especially when your not a joiner.

Handrail not pre-drilled for rail bolt both sides of handrail which made it a nightmare to fix, very disappointed after spending all that money and taking 3 weeks for delivery, surely 3 weeks is enough time for quality control to check all parts. After sales shocking, the phone line is pretty much non-existent, I tried calling around 40 times and no answer. It seems after they’ve got your custom they don’t really care about you. I was hoping to do the £200 reward scheme that they offer of customer taking videos/photos of installation which I missed out on because I’m positive they would of not wanted video footage of mine with the bad parts.

* 2 pilot holes not drilled not just the 1. Shouldn’t be any though.
In regards to you saying that the problem was I engaged the line with the back to back calls is just utter nonsense, okay some of them were back to back however the phone still rang the exact same as the first phone call. However, some of the other phone calls I left 30 mins / 1hour in between and received absolutely no call back. I am happy to provide evidence of this from call records on my phone if needs be.

A fantastic company to deal with, the product has totally transformed our stair case in to a bright clean space with little to know effort. Stairfurb made the whole process easy by providing a protracter and an offer of a video call to make the measurements as accurate as possible. I’d also like to shout out Davantell Courier Solutions for being the best delivery service I’ve ever dealt with!

From video call to ordering. Excellent service. We are a couple aged 76 and 68 and with everything provided that you could possibly needs and the instructions sent (including videos) it was self explanatory. If we can complete anyone can. Would highly recommend this company.
