Stansted Easy Parking Reviews 

I was recommended to use stansted parking from a friend and honestly I’d never use another company.

From the first step to final collection of the car is spot on, couldn’t find 1 fault in the entire service.

We have been using Stansted Easy Parking for a while now and wouldn’t use anyone else. Have always had polite, friendly and efficient service. Would highly recommend.

A great experience. We always use Stansted Easy Parking when we go to the airport they are really quick to answer and pick us up on arrival.

We booked the Meet & Greet service through Trusted Travel. It was incredibly competitive even with the £20 car park fee (£10 each way).
The whole experience made either side of our holiday easy and far less stressful! Not having to worry a 5am transfer bus was not going to turn up when you're miles away from the terminal was a luxury.
Staff were super friendly and helpful. We were given clear instructions of where to meet, mileage taken when we handed over the car and prior to returning they checked we were ready to walk to the carpark as they'd be back with our car in 5 minutes, so as not to incur larger carpark fees.

The information we were told was untrue and false. I booked this service as it was stated on the web that Easyparking provide EV charging when booked with them. On arrival I was told this was not true and this service was no longer available. I had 21 miles range left and on our return we struggled to find a suitable charger within range. We had to queue and wait for two and a half hours at the nearest fast charger 14 miles away before we could be on our way. If we had known the truth, we would have never used this car parking service and made different travel plans. But the lies caused unnecessary delay and extra stress to us.

Drop off fine.

Pick up terrible. Left in freezing cold and dark for 30 mins to wait for car.. originally told it would be possibly 15 mins.. you have to go and wait at pick up point to flag car down and to avoid additional £24 fee. Waited for 20 then phoned and told it would be another 10.

Driver was very apologetic and nice, but system clearly very hit and miss and not a valet car experience, which is what we needed with a late flight and young kids in tow.

Can't fault this parking service - easy instructions to follow on where to meet them and they were there to pick my car up and ready to bring my car back exactly when they said they would be. Would definitely use them again!
