I stumbled across these guys whilst looking for a Christmas present. And the prices were better then anyone else. So I decided to take a gamble and try it. And well I am extremely extremely happy. Arrived safely and very well wrapped. So no damage and within 48 hours too. So absolutely not a single complaint here. And will definitely use them in the future and recommend them.

I recently received my orders for Studio Series Grimlock, Studio Series 86 Megatron and, a couple of weeks before that, Nova Prime. Pricing on each of them was amazing, and delivery was extremely fast. I'm always happy pre-ordering from Star Action Figures and highly recommend them.

An online retailer that actually understands and cares about their customers. This is who I choose to buy from whenever possible. Star Wars Vintage Collection always arrives from them in pristine condition, including the card backs, which even though I'm an opener is such a big part of the experience and the nostalgia. In fact, I believe Star Action Figures has actively advocated for Star Wars collectors to Hasbro to get better cardbacks and it made a difference. On the one occasion I've had to regretfully cancel an order they've been very professional about it.

SAF provide an amazing service and always deliver. They are consistently productive, and their customer service is second to none. I often take their service for granted and don’t leave reviews, as they’re just that good and it’s become the norm. But after seeing idiotic customers leaving poor reviews because SAF were too efficient and the customer messed up the order process, I think that’s totally unfair. It’s made me up my game—I’ll make sure I leave a review each time I order, and they deliver! SAF are awesome and provide the best customer service.

After struggling to find a figure from the normal websites I use, I found exactly what I was looking for at Star Action Figures. I placed my order and within minutes it was picked and dispatched and was in my hands two days later.

Ive been using them for years for our Star wars figures.
And theres no other company I trust as much as them.
Everything is also packaged in thick boxes and lots of bubble wrap. Never had many problems with hundreds of orders and if I've had 1 it's been sorted very quickly.
I've always found them helpful, like just this week we had an order coming and they kindly held onto it for us , for a few more days as there would be nobody to receive it & sometimes if you click on deliver another day, Royal mail still deliver it.
That is what you call excellent customer service.
