Ordered the Scout Trooper black series helmet on a weekend. It was dispatched quickly, and arrived shortly afterwards. I was impressed by how securely boxed it was with multiple layers of protection. The helmet is in pristine condition and is now sat on my bookshelf as a display piece. Very happy, thank you.

Perfect for collectors
I recently ordered 2 MacFarlane toys figures from SAF, that I couldn’t find anywhere elsewhere, and I was delighted with everything - the packaging was great and protected them well, it was dispatched quickly and it came fast too. I would definitely recommend and I’ve already ordered again!

Do not trust this shop! let down twice now, I pre ordered 2 items 04/03/2024 and have never received items still waiting, got in contact with them and was assured the order was still awaiting fulfillment nearly a year later and bank transaction was still live. I also had a second pre order on 20/10/2024 cancelled 06/11/2024 item order number 470384 because a problem with stockists and was unable to find the item elsewhere as it had been sold out. DO NOT TRUST.

As far as we can see he only had one order. After our reply he now states he had problem with second order. We can only see one order, and second order he had an issue with is October 2025!
Yes, I know its in the future as its currently March 2025, but no doubt Trustpilot will let him edit again, but it proves how ridiculous things are. Make it up as you go along Denis!

Its a shame you felt the need to leave a one star review because we had to cancel your McFarlane orders, when it is widely known that McFarlane have let the UK down by having cancelling retailers orders without informing any of them.
It is just as well most customers are reasonable and understand that we are just retailers and only sell what we have ordered with the manufacturer/distributor. If the manufacturer or distributor cancel the lines in the UK and fail to tell anyone, despite UK stores requesting information weekly about the status of them, then its a shame when customers feel the need to make ridiculous comments likes "do not trust" the stores.
I understand your frustration, times it by 2000 (amount of orders we had to cancel) and you will know the level of our frustrations when we are messed around like this, so when a customer leaves a bitter one star review for something that we informed everyone about, and makes it sound so one sided even mentioning a live bank transaction when not a single penny has been claimed, without even bothering to email us first for an explanation, (even though we sent out a blanket email to everyone with an order) you can see why your review will be looked down upon by every genuine collector who doesn't feel the need to take out the industries failings on the the retailers.
Hope I hope it made you feel better, but luckily not everyone will feel the need to take a swipe at one of the fairest collector sites in UK for something that was completely out of their control, as it was most other UK/European sites who order through the correct channels and do not grey import.
Excellent store
I've purchased from Spain several times and couldn't be happier. Excellent selection of items, some of them really hard to find, competitive prices, and extremely fast preparation and shipping. Highly recommended store.

Ordered Neca Krampus
Ordered Neca Krampus, the packing in the brown shipper was brilliant, (air pillows, etc), however there was damage to the box window under the flap which to be fair to StarActionFigures they wouldn't have seen with the flap velcroed shut.
Arranged a return will StarActionFigures, no nonsense return. Very professional and on the ball, like I say superb packing on their end. Would recommend and would definitely order from them again based on how they handle things when things went awry. Lots of respect to them.

Fantastic company

Great service and prices
Fortnite figure was massively marked up or sold out everywhere but here, despite them still using the RRP when they could’ve charged much more great care was taken with the package and it arrived quickly in perfect condition. Will be using them again for action figures 👍
