As always my figure arrived in mint condition well packaged and delivered within 48 hours after despatch from pre order release. I can’t recommend Staractionfigures enough, figures are genuine as well which is becoming more of a problem.

Used these guys several times and have never had a problem. They always ship in bomb proof packaging, so you can rely on your items arriving safely. Great company, decent prices, highly recommended.

Ok so I have bought a few items over the past 12 months from SAF and they have now become my absolute favourite place to go for all my action figures, particularly marvel legends items!
I still have a lot of open pre orders which aren’t due for a month or two but I know there will be no issues once they drop, this company has my complete trust.
I would further like to thank a gentleman who works there named Harry, the money was not in my account on the day one of my most recent pre orders had come in stock, he held on to my order until after the weekend when I got paid, he then promptly took my payment and my item has now dispatched on what seems to be the same day they took the payment so thank you so much SAF and Harry, everybody who I know who collects and shares a passion for collecting I.E Facebook groups, Insta etc will all now be advised that SAF is undoubtedly one of if not THE best and most reliable action figure retailers in the country 🙏

Another amazing delivery from SAF. I ordered 5 figures recently that I have been after for a while now and all arrived safely in SAFs standard high quality & very protective packaging. The 2 figures that were advertised by them as "possibly not be mint" I am opening so no problem but to be honest I couldnt see any reason why you wouldnt display them carded as they looked mint to me. I would say SAF is not always the cheapest for action figures but they are honest, always get back to you on queries/questions, the item you buy is always so well packed and presented in a strong, high quality box and protected in a thoughtful and cared for way as I know they are collectors themselves not just a retailer. I took advantage of the 10% warehouse move discount currently running as well thank you SAF for that. So great service, lovelly people on customer support always a pleasure supporting them with custom.

I do most of my shopping online because I don't get to travel like I used to. So it's hard to find great online companies that cater to the Collector/Nerd/Man Child lol. Look no further, Star Action Figures ticked all the boxes. Fantastic prices, amazing communication and my items were very well packaged. I would definitely use again! I was looking for a Hot Toys Luke Skywalker from The Mandalorian and I was struggling to find them in the UK and at a reasonable price. I located Star Action Figures and following a little search through reviews decided that as the overwhelming majority of reviews were positive I would order from them.

My experience has been extremely positive and they have surpassed expectations to say the least. I placed the order on 11th June and it arrived today (13th June). The packaging was so good to protect it in transit and the figure does not disappoint either. Having completed the order I received the relevant emails and updates about when the figure was posted.

When I placed the order the figure was on sale so it was by far the best price I could have hoped for to get a brand new undamaged figure like this. However, the rest of the Hot Toys figures on the website are very reasonably priced even without the sale discount. This is also true of the other figures besides Hot Toys. There was also an added bonus of free postage as this figure was over the £50 mark for free postage.

Overall, I highly recommend Star Action Figures and will be ordering again in the not so distant future.

I’ve ordered three or so figures with protectors and they’ve all arrived in mint condition, superbly packaged. My latest purchase was a sale item admiral ackbar figure. At short notice- I’m able to attend a comic con at the weekend and was trying to find something that really appealed to me - to get Tim Rose to sign. I nearly ordered from Amazon - purely in terms of guaranteeing delivery before the event. However- I’m glad I didn’t and that I put my faith in this company. The product arrived in absolute record time- in literally a day or so- top stuff as always and I’m over the moon to have it in hand well before the weekend. Thanks very much indeed. This won’t be my last purchase.

I’ve been a customer of Star Action Figures for many years now. Spent hundreds, if not thousands, of pounds with the company.

And yet when I purchased an item from them 2 weeks ago and it arrived damaged, they expected me to pay for the postage to return their damaged item.
Am I really expected to be out of pocket to return a product that was sent to me damaged? Is that even legal?

The parcel was not damaged, just the product itself inside, so it was sent out already damaged.
If I was told the product was damaged/non mint on the website before purchasing then that’d be understandable. But I wasn’t. And I was sent out a damaged product that was no good to me. Then I have to pay for the privilege of returning their damaged product?

I emailed their support multiple times stating that this wasn’t fair but they weren’t for helping. Asked for the matter to be escalated to management (Wayne) and never heard from them again.

Judging by the other negative reviews, I’m sure there’ll be a response to this trying to discredit me in some way.
I was a genuine customer, that spent a lot of money with them… and the reluctance on their part to resolve this for me is very poor.
Feels like a company that’s got so big that they’ve lost any care for their customers unfortunately.

I can’t recommend this company anymore and will be using different retailers going forward.

As expected, another unprofessional and defensive response from Wayne like every other negative review. Obviously can't take criticism.

AVOID this company like the plague. Owner is a hot head and if you ever have any issues, you'll be blamed and personally attacked. Have seen this happen on multiple occasions on FaceBook groups.

Of my 34 orders with the company, 8 orders had to be fully or partially returned (at my own expense of course) due to similar issues with being sent damaged product. I could post a whole picture album of damaged stock Star Action Figures have sent me over the years that I've subsequently had to return at my own expense.
The packaging of Star Wars Vintage Collection figures is one of the main components of the product itself. Wayne himself knows this, otherwise he wouldn't be constantly complaining to Hasbro about the state of their stock. But yet that stock is still forwarded on to us customers.

I'll not lose any sleep over a few pound lost due to their poor customer service and of course I won't be using them again but maybe look at resolving customer issue's in a professional manner going forward. The response below says everything you need to know about who's in charge of this company and how they treat it's customers.
