bought items on the 06/07/2023, and I still waiting should of had them on the 15th July, gave it a few days then I asked where my stuff was, for them to tell me its on its way this was on the 17th July now its the 24th July and I still don't have my items, I got a reply today no sorry no nothing and it said lets see if it comes today, are you joking me worst customer service I have ever got I new I should of ordered it from AMAZON, I even asked for a refund so I can go buy else where, one was a birthday present as well, and all they said was lets see if it comes today I am disgusted.

Had a few issues contacting Staraxe regarding issues with a console purchased. The issues took a number of weeks to get sorted but were eventually resolved. Issued full refund.

Apsolutly fantastic and efficient service. They were helpful and my Ps5 even came a day earlier then expected. All in all I recommend this place entirely.

Bought a Nintendo switch from here which was quite expensive. Paid £6 for express delivery but order had not been dispatched for 2 days after. After prompting them via email as I paid for express delivery they sent it out and I received fairly quickly.
Would recommend, very happy with the item so far and have made another purchase for my Ps4

I purchased a call of duty PS4 game for my nephew. Looked all fine when I ordered it but when I received it it says localised in Arabic so I wasn’t happy as this wasn’t made aware to me when I purchased it. I written to Staraxe and Thomas kindly called me and sorting it all out for me in time for Christmas. Thank you Thomas and staraxe you were very helpful!

Despite the company being really busy with black Friday orders, I received my order within less than a week. When I emailed them they replied very quickly and were courteous and apologetic for the slight delay in processing my order. Overall I am very pleased with the service, the item I ordered was the cheapest available online and communication was great. I will have a very happy daughter on her birthday. Thank you!!

Some of the Google reviews are very poor for this site. However it's completely unjustified I highly rate this company. Cheaper than its competitors and the customer service is amazing. Sarah was brilliant and very responsive with messages. I'll definitely be using you guys again.

Did a great job securing and delivering my Playstation 5 on time. A great bundle deal with accessories at a 5% discount.
Handled the change in software availability well - with good communication throughout.
Fast answering emails, not so good on the phone (only flaw).

A console launch can be a stressful time, but Staraxe made it increibly smooth and painless! They answered any queries that I had regarding my order and were helpful when making changes to my PS5 bundle. The console itself arrived promptly with a trusted courier as promised. Thanks to Staraxe, I am one of the first privileged people to be playing a Playstation 5 Bundle pack today. Without them I would be waiting and disappointed like so many others, not knowing when or how they can join the PS5 club. Amazing service, went above and beyond to resolve any concerns I had. I have been trying to search for an Xbox series x since release on the 10th of November. Typed a search into google for an Xbox series x and it sent me to Onbuy.com where there was one available. Knowing how desperate I am to get one for my son as a gift I chucked it in the basket and paid up in full. It was only when the payment had been completed and I was feeling all smug knowing I was going to win some brownie points that I noticed that the order was for an Xbox one X!!! Two emails a phone call and an hour of my time and Thomas set everything straight and didn’t make me feel bad for my inability to read a sentence on the screen! All my own fault but am happy with how prompt my indiscretion was dealt with. Thanks again.

Very helpful company, I'd ordered the wrong item and after emailing them they replied very fast (within minutes!) and had sorted the refund and exchanged it for the item I had intended to buy. Thanks very much to the helpful Sarah for fixing my mistake so rapidly! Delivery time was as stated and I'm very happy with the xbox console I ordered, I'd never heard of this company so I was apprehensive about ordering but all was good and my son will be very happy on Christmas day! Placed an order but had a change of heart. Peter at Staraxe was very understanding and was great at addressing my concerns and issuing me a prompt refund. Will definitely look for them for future gaming/tech needs.

Ordered an xbox on game website and these were the 3rd party sellers so I phoned them to see if it would be delivered on time as it was a gift and was told that it would be delivered sometime next week which was to late so I informed them that I wanted to cancel the order and I would order elsewhere for quicker delivery and I was told that this was OK but I had to put the cancellation request in an email which I did twice and game also emailed them regarding the cancellation. Staraxe then shipped the xbox and then wouldn't respond to my emails or phone messages. So in the end I had to return the xbox that I had purchased from amazon and ended up having to keep the one Staraxe sent. This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with and I honestly don't know why Game use them as 3rd party sellers. Game haven't exactly been helpful either so I won't be buying anything from either of them in the future and my advice would be to definitely steer clear of Staraxe otherwise known as Riseicon unless you want a giant headache. Their Internet reviews say it all really, more unhappy people than happy people.

God awful company. Ordered a controler through game and this company was the 3rd party seller. They sent me the wrong controller on purpose(they look very similar) the one I bought was not in stock. They refused to to anything to rectify the situation, I was miss sold an item .in the end I sent it back as they said they would give a full refund and pay for postage. I received the refund but without the postage. They are now stalling and avoiding my emails. I refuse to call their number as it is a premium rate number.

This was over a month ago and still no refund for the postage.

Avoid at all costs. They are a waste of time.

Brought a limited edition ps4 white console to send to the USA as it is hard to get hold of one here. Found Staraxe.com on google search and placed an order. Within 24 hours it was shipped and in 4 days I got my console. Excellent service would use again and recommend
