They luckily had it in stock so I quickly purchased it with the hope it would arrive before Christmas. It was dispatched the next day on the 9th and arrived on the 11th. Many thanks. I didn't receive the order number until I made direct contact but was kept informed once that was achieved. It's always appreciated to receive personal emails to pass on any relevant information particularly with a pre-order where the delivery date is uncertain.

Had an order placed and unfortunately they did not have enough stock but they emailed and explained the issue and arranged the refund which came through quickly. I then placed another order on the same day and it was sent out that days and received the next day. Items were excellently packed and delivery was super quick. Great communication and overall great customer service. Will definitely buy from again. 10 out of 10.
