I'm very satisfied with my purchase from Star's Music. I've been looking for this specific Gretsch for some time, but couldn't buy it in Sweden anymore. Luckily you had it in store for me. Three days shipping and home delivery. :)

Excellent delivery, packaging and most of all the beautiful sound quality of the Koch Jupiter 45 combo amp!!

The ukulele was sent three days after the order. The delivery took about a week, which is not bad (to the Czech Republic). It was packed in two boxes, very securely. The instrument itself has some shortcomings - there are some scratches on the instrument body, and some abrasions on the neck. The tuning pegs are not screwed on evenly. But nothing critical.

Let's start with the good stuff:

Star's Music makes a quality check before sending over your guitar where they inspect it for damage. They send an email if there is damage asking if you want to keep the guitar.

They have a hotline number that is able to help you with questions very quickly.

All of their terms and conditions that are stated on the website are real.

The bad, why am I giving them two stars:

Dueing the quality check, they sent me an email with pictures of some light scratches asking me if I still want the guitar shipped.

The email went into my Promotions folder where I did not see it for 4 days. I only noticed it when I got a notification that my guitar has been shipped. They had my phone number and didn't call me to check, and just assumed that I want a scratched up guitar after a 4 day silence on my end.

I emailed them and said that I will look at the guitar when I get it. I asked if it is possible to get a 10% discount due to the scratches (as it is customary where I am from).

They said that there is no discount, and because of that I can return my guitar if I want. I replied that it is okay that there is no discount and that I will decide if I will keep the guitar or not when I see it myself.

The next day, I wake up to a notification that I have refused the guitar and that the package is being returned to Star's Music.

What is my point? Good store with professional processes and policies, but god awful English speakers. If you are not a French-speaker, you might encounter miscommunication issues and end up frustrated.

I ended up refunding the guitar and buying iy from a different place with no damage.

I would shop at their physical stores if I am ever in France, but I do not believe I will be ordering from them again.

I was struggling to find the guitar i truly desired but this company had one in one of their locations and were very helpful for me to purchase this product from overseas . The help line was also very kind and friendly

I ordered a bass guitar last year with Star's Music, it got shipped the next day and arrived some days later. The instrument was all fine, it just was not my model after testing it, so I requested cancellation.
Star's Music reacted immediately, I did the return shipping and received refund of my payment.
My conclusion about Star's Music:
- reliable
- transparent
- good customer communication
- going for best customer service

Excue moi pour mon mauvaise francaise - therefor I continue in english. I am very satisfied and would give at least 7 stars out of five. There were delivery issues non of Star`s making and they have been most helpful and understanding. So if you ask me, I highly recommend them. Thx to the team there.

Ordered a guitar (Fender Mustang) a few weeks ago. The delivery time was long. There was almost a week between ordering and shipping. And I even needed to send a complaint mail before they started the shipping. I don't mind waiting, but when you promote a delivery time of 24h and no communication, I get nervous. The response was also a cheap excuse, but they did ship it the next day. The guitar was packed very well. The guitar was very dirty upon arrival, with stains and grease all over it. Nothing that a quick cleaning couldn't fix, but for a €1600 guitar I expect a little more care from the store. The guitar was not damaged. Probably won't ship with them anymore. Apart from that, there is a lot of choice, maybe not the cheapest store. And a pity that you can't order and pick up in a shop (or at least I didn't find the option).

Best prices around, fast delivery, helpful customer telephone centre regarding delivery information. Definitely recommended.

It was the first time that I used stars music. I ordered a court blackwood guitar. There didn't seem to be a tracking link that worked so I wondered about the delivery of it. However, it came quickly and reasonably well packed. The box on the outside should have been some centimeters longer but no damage was done to the guitar. I've previously used German companies and the packing box is just a little bit larger and better. However it was a good experience overall I'd have no problem to buy something again

My first experience with Star's Music was fantastic. I ordered an ESP guitar that was in stock. I received my guitar in perfect condition, was fully checked and the guitar itself sounds amazing. Within a week it was delivered to my home in Belgium. An extra tip I want to give Star's Music is to change the state of the request more often. It remains in preparation until it is shipped, it would be nice to know other states, such as that it is checked, etc. Thanks for the great work.

I was searching for a specific and hard-to-find Schecter guitar at the major European shops I usually shop with, but it was unavailable. After extensive Googling, I found the guitar I wanted on this site and ordered it. The shipping to the Azores (Portugal) was super fast, but the box delivered to me was completely destroyed during transit. The package was severely mishandled by the carrier, and the guitar inside was badly damaged. I contacted customer support, and they were exceptional in handling the matter. Maxime did an outstanding job (he deserves a raise) in managing the situation. I returned the guitar, and a week later, I received a replacement. The new box and the guitar were immaculate. I am very grateful for their excellent customer service.
