Unfortunately my car wouldn't start and all the electrics weren't working. I used the app to report my breakdown and Callum from Tom's Motors arrived within 25 minutes. He managed to start the car and advised that I also get a new battery as soon as possible. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Car wouldn't start Start Rescue came out within an hour and a half fixed problem no hassle

Did not have to wait for my call to be answered. The operator was helpful and understood my needs. Even thought I had broken down at home, it was still made as an a priority to get me sorted. A mechanic was arranged and he turned up in about 4 minutes from getting a text. The mechanic then arranged for a recovery truck as the car could not be started. That only took another half an hour wait. Then the car was taken to a garage of my choice. The phone operator explained clearly the whole process.

First of all, a speedy help with a flat battery in France then after an accident repatriated my bike direct to my local dealer in UK with excellent service from beginning to end- they kept me in the picture during the event, very happy pleased indeed ! Chris Cooke.

I had a tyre blow on the motorway and this was the first time I'd had to use Start Rescue. They were brilliant. The app was easy to use which meant I could track where the recovery company where and they arrived in 30 mins (I'd been given a 1 hour window). They called me to let me know where they were but even better, was that Start Rescue called me every 15 mins to check I was safe. My space saver tyre was fitted and I was back home in no time. Fantastic service all round.

Start Rescue app makes call-out simple. The local technician attending did so in quick time and quickly resolved the issue.

Our daughter’s car broke down on a major road while she was moving her worldly possessions from Exeter Uni to Southampton Uni. It was a very stressful situation for everyone. Start rescue was fantastic! They arrived within 45 min to move her to a local services - a safe place. Within 90 min the flatbed lorry arrived to take her car to a garage close to home - this was considered a long distance recovery. Customer service was excellent - understanding, patient and responsive. Everyone was safe which is what counts. End of the story - car needs a new clutch.

The clutch went halfway through our holiday and Start Rescue came to our aid by getting a garage in Yeovil to replace it in three days.

First time using this service and ive got to say from the First phone call to the car being fixed was handled very quickly and professionally. Its 100% better than companies ive used in the past. I would highly recommend. Well done.

Very quick response when I had a fuel leak definitely recommend

I’ve used Start Rescue twice in the last two years and on both occasions I was impressed with the ease of the call-out process, communication, and technician service. On both occasions my vehicle was repaired at the roadside and the customer service from the technicians was excellent. Start Rescue is efficient and great value for money.

They got to us within 30 minutes and temporarily fixed the car to get us home ( broken brake dust cover)

Used the Start Rescue app for the very first time. Easy to use. Excellent response, knew where I’d broken down, told me I would be rescued within two hours I could track them and they arrived within 20 minutes. Excellent service, guy polite, knew I had a flat battery, jump started it, told me what to do and I was off in 10 minutes. Only problem I found was how to tell them I had been rescued on the app. Very happy customer.

This is the 2nd time in as many months I needed to use the recovery service. This time it was a fault with the 12v system on a Hybrid EV. The recovery was easy to book and the controller quickly tasked the recovery garage. We waited about 2 hrs for the mechanic to arrive (in a car park) but when he did, he quickly traced the fault, rectified the problem and we were able to drive home. Before leaving he briefed me on what he had done and recommended some additional appropriate tests. A good service.

Great service great wait time better than RAC and AA

very quick response to answer my phone call & arrange for a mechanic to come to my car .Took my car the next day to a garage for the repair to my clutch & gearbox to be done

Great knowledge of my particular vehicle which was repaired within 15mins .Good customer service and communication all through my breakdown.
Cost of this breakdown service is very attractive. I would recommend.

My husband put petrol in our diesel car. From the time I contacted Start Rescue it only took 1.25 hours for us to be on our way. An excellent service.
