good quality products and customer service

I requested a return or exchange because I was unable to wash out the slight chemical smell from the colored items that I ordered (It can be off-gassed in the oven, I just have chemical sensitivity and didn't want to risk it). They responded within a few business days with the return link and the refund was processed very quickly after they received the items (same-day or next). The quality is great and I expect that I will buying many more clear items as long as nothing changes with the quality of service.
