Total scam

Total scam. Avoid this site at all costs and just go to the ticket booth near the Staten Island ferry. Had to cancel my card because it because it became abundantly clear that this is just a credit card harvesting operation. Hopefully this site can be removed before too many more people are scammed.

I'm not 100% sure they are legit

I'm not 100% sure they are legit. I couldn't complete my purchase as my bank continously declined my payments, even after I confirmed multiple times that it was in fact me who tried to pay. In the end I got a "security" alert on the site and my IP was banned from purchasing tickets there. Luckily I found the official website right after

Would have given zero stars if possible

Would have given zero stars if possible.

So I booked 3 tickets to see the statue for February. They failed to send me any emails with QR codes even though I emailed them 4 times and they said “they had resent confirmation email”. I never got any. Which meant I did not receive any codes to scan for a ticket.

I thought no problem and I called them. They said I can collect the tickets at the will call office so we went on the day of our trip to get them yet when we arrived they said we had no tickets for us in our names reserved. Such a joke. This company is not exactly 100% a scam but they have no customer care sense, do not help in any way shape or form when you contact them and they charge you $7 per ticket extra than face value.

And when I asked for a refund they just said no, because apparently I had been “sent” the tickets via email. I checked all my folders and no email was ever received. We were forced to pay for more tickets on the day from the ticket office so we didn’t waste the journey.

Just go to the ticket office at battery park and get tickets yourself. Or use a different website. DO NOT GIVE THESE UNHELPFUL UNCARING PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!
