Did not deliver

Did not deliver on time. Added five days to the delivery date and still not delivered. Refuses to refund my money unless I reject the non existent delivery. Do not trust this company to keep their word. I am about to issue court proceedings for recovery of my money.

Avoid

Be very careful when ordering from this company . They advertise things that they don’t actually have in stock . Their communication and effort to put things right with the customer is very poor . They have a refund queue. Why ? Why should you be in a ‘queue’ for a refund . You really need to be careful with these

Item never arrived

I ordered some engine oil for my car with 3-5 day delivery. After 12 days it still hadn’t arrived so I sent an email just asking where it was. I got a very quick response with an offer for replacement or refund so I went for a replacement and they sent a tracking number. When i checked the new tracking number it didn’t work but I thought this might be me getting it wrong. After about another 10 days the replacement hadn’t arrived either, I now wonder if they ever sent a replacement.

Great experience ordering from Status…

Great experience ordering from Status Car Care. I had a query about a product and was dealt with straight away and advice given. Really helpful. Which was brilliant. The Autoglym products came quickly and were a great price. Have ordered from this company before and wouldn't hesitate ordering again. Great service. Thank you.

One missing item!

This item - Autoglym car shampoo/conditioner - never arrived! It was scheduled for delivery to Elvington Village Store. However, I was subsequently informed by Evri that it was being returned to the sender - no explanation given. I have received no further communication from Evri. I have subsequently purchased this item from a (more) reliable supplier.

Quick and Easy to order from the…

Quick and Easy to order from the web-site. Unfortunately I missed their free offer of a microfibre towel by ordering before applying for the offer code. Two items I ordered were competitively priced, well packaged and arrived quickly.

Really bad company to deal with

Really bad company to deal with. They sent out a can of paint that had obviously previously been used by another customer, returned by them and then sent out to me. The paint tin was covered in drips from the lid and the supplier had sellotaped the lid onto the can to prevent it leaking in transit - absolute amateurs and a rip off by trying to sell second hand compromised products at full price , thry were also very reluctant to give a refund. Would definitely NOT recommend this supplier

Made up woth Status. Gutted i have only just found them, the products are always cheaper than anywhere else and free delivery

Awful experience

Awful experience. Avoid, over promised under delivered. Waited a week for order confirmation, nothing, called them and got told issue resolved in 48hrs . Waited 6 days as heard nothing, called them and was told they couldn't give a delivery date due to an issue...... Asked for refund, currently waiting on refund.

Item never arrived as it was allegedly…

Item never arrived as it was allegedly damaged in transit but the courier never told SCC apparently. I had to spot it about 8-10 days or so after my order. Decent customer response times but the money still has not been refunded. Probably wont bother again with SCC and just go to Halfords instead which is what I ended up having to do this time around.

This was the first time I had used this Company

This was the first time I have used this Company. My daughter recommended them as she uses them.
I wanted a present for my son -in-law and found I was spoilt for choice.
Ordering online was easy.
Delivery was very quick and I was updated as to my parcel’s progress from ordering to delivery.
Would highly recommend this Company.
