Cheapest prices and excellent service

I have three cars in our household and I have ordered from this company many times now, buying everything from Autoglym car shampoo, anti freeze and wax to Ad Blue and they have always delivered exactly what I wanted at the cheapest price I could find and on time. Can not recommend them highly enough.

Took my money and no sign of a delivery

Ordered about £60 of Autglym stock as the pricing seemed to offer great value.
That was as good as it gets, never got any email confirming my order which of course never arrived. After over a week of waiting I phoned customer services, which seemed to be an outsourced overseas service centre. All other options on the call just give you an email address to write to…..crazy why do you think we are calling you?
I was told the package was too heavy for delivery, really, and they would try again.
No more news over the next 24 hrs so phoned again and insisted on a full and immediate refund.
This was duly processed so to be fair the lady at customer services sorted this out in a timely manner.
