We went to the Star Inn Watchet in September due to recommendation that food was great!.Not so and food cold served on cold plates!.We complained and were told it could be heated up.That means they will shove it in the microwave!!.Not a very good steak and no apology or concern from saff!.Would not rate this pub after having been myself, in pub management for.10 years!!.

I ordered a watch on Thursday afternoon and it arrived the very next day before 1pm as promised! I was also cheeky and thought I’ll ask for a first time purchase discount on the live chat. I was pleased that they acknowledged my first time purchase and provided me with a small discount code to use at check out. Small perks like this creates an wonderful experience.
Gucci watch looks great and I’ll definetly be shopping again. Thank you @watchstatus

Purchased a Gucci watch from this company, after being unsure at first as I hadn’t heard of them and if they were genuine. The customer service (Jordan I believe) was very helpful and quickly at responding to every query! They also upgraded me to Saturday delivery free of charge when I queried if I could upgrade to this and provided a discount code due to a small issue on a previous order. Would 100% recommend this company and order from them again! Received my watch this morning as expected and really happy with it! Thank you so much!

Service. Terrible. I ordered on Thursday. expected the watch on Saturday, for my son's 18th birthday do. Watch didn't arrive. No way to contact the company. Eventually the watch arrived, and I got a reply to say - yep, notice watch has arrived. We will claim the money back for that..cheers.
Perhaps if it was that persons 18th they might hav efelt differently. The watch adjustor doesn't work. had to pay £10 to a jeweller to adjust. Not delighted.

Bit harsh leaving us a 1 star review considering the circumstances...
Firstly, you ordered on the 1st August (Thursday) at 10pm with free next working day delivery, meaning your order was due for dispatch on Friday for expected delivery on Monday, as you didn't opt for the upgraded Saturday delivery option at checkout. We dispatched your order on Friday with the upgraded Saturday delivery included at no extra cost!
We can see you emailed on the weekend concerned about delivery however as our contact page clearly states, we are closed on weekends. Also, we would have had no way of contacting Royal Mail as their customer service also isn't open on weekends. We replied to your email at 09:15am on Monday morning, we certainly didn't write what you have put there, not once did we use the words 'Cheers' or 'yep', we actually apologised for the issue on Royal Mail's end and offered a refund for the shipping as we would claim this back.
Your item was delayed on Royal Mail's end as it appears they sent to the wrong depot, your item was then delivered on Sunday.
Regarding the link removal tool, if you contacted us, we would have refunded this for you. Other customers haven't had any issues with removing links on this particular model with our tool.
We are guessing you didn't take note of your chosen delivery method and thus are taking this out on us, despite us upgrading you for free.
