We visited the showroom on Saturday 18th October to buy a car for one of our children. We found 2 cars we were interested in and asked for details of both. Initially, we spoke to Andrew re the cars and he was very helpful. We went away to look at other cars and when we returned Andrew was busy with other buyers so he asked one of his colleagues to help us further rather than keep us waiting. Chris was very helpful and informative, we were not pressurised in any way shape or form. He answered all of our questions and made the whole process of buying a car so much easier. We felt valued as customers and because they were busy we appreciated their care and respect so that we were not kept waiting.
We returned 9 days later to collect the car and was met by Chris as we walked through the door. He was professional, polite, extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Amy, in accounts, was also very helpful in the week between buying and collecting the car.

Had the pleasure of visiting stebbings to look for a new car. The level of customer service was phenomenal, Tom Boyns explained the process and was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

The offer stebbings gave for both my part exchange vehicles were higher than I expected which allowed me to the purchase a better quality car with very little fuss or issues.

An extremely simple process with a high level of vehicles in stock. Highly recommend

Contacted Stebbings Car Centre over the phone to arrive viewing of potential new to me car. The car is electric. Made them aware that I will be travelling from the other side of the Island(over 200miles), asking them for the car to be fully charged, just in case if I buy it and also I will pay for the charging anyways.
After the test drive decided to purchase this vehicle of them and what a surprise!
The car is charged in less than 30%!(85 miles of range).
When we came to the transaction they obviously wanted to sell some extras which increased the price of the car, so because I was buying the car for cash it exceeded my available founds by less than 10% of the car value. And what a surprise!
THEY DONT USE CREDIT CARDS!
Both, the sales person and the manager apologised, but they were unable to help me and we were left in confusion.
THERE'S NO I FORMATION ABOUT IT ON THEIR WEBSITE .
Both , the manager and the sales person were tending to cancel the sale due to late time (Friday 4pm) and were not helpful at all, looking at the watch frequently giving g me the sign they want me to go.
Horrendous.

Bought my Tesla Model 3 Long Range from Charlie at Stebbings King’s Lynn — amazing experience from start to finish.
Charlie was honest, professional, and kept me updated throughout. The car was spotless, serviced, and perfectly prepared.

Tom Boyns was good and very helpful

Friendly staff , not pushy. Knowledgeable, caring and treated me, an older lady, with respect. Listened to what I wanted and I came away with a great car that is a dream to drive and meets all my needs. Better sales package than any other dealership for a similar vehicle. Highly recommend and after sales service brilliant

No pressure when looking at vehicles, sales only get involved when asked, Charlie was very professional, polite and helpful, any queries were responded to. Also again when picking up the car Charlie was excellent again, no qualms about using Stebbings cars again, (actually this was our 4th vehicle from this dealer)

Bought a BMW 330e back in July and couldn’t be happier. The car drives really well, smooth and powerful with no issues at all so far. Great experience overall

We don’t often write reviews but felt we had to for Stebbings; the staff here are amazing, especially Tom, who made the whole experience of buying our new car efficient, painless and like we mattered. Brilliant service the last few days of sorting out my new vehicle from Andrew. Extremely helpful and very pleased with my new purchase!

I had great customer service buying a used Kia Sportage from Stebbings. Andrew Ntege was an excellent salesperson and made the viewing and buying of the car seamless. I had never driven an automatic or larger car and when Andrew took me for a test drive he explained everything in layman terms. I was convinced to buy the car after the test drive. Thank you to Andrew and Stebbings.

The customer service was very good, all the team we dealt with made us feel welcome and advised us using their expertise.

Chris and Ben were very polite and dealt with our purchase and part exchanges professionally even though there was a fault with one of them. Nothing was too much trouble.
