Steers kept us updated and have been very professional and very honest on the repairs to our damaged car. The repairs were wonderfully done, needless to say you cannot tell the car has been repaired. Our point of contact at steers was a lovely lady, who had a kind and professional manner.

Whilst lovely when my van needed a repair, the repair definitely did not at first meet to standard and was returned. I still have issues and despite e-mailing I have had no response. I called 3 times today, no-one available to take my call and voice box full. Really frustrated with this. It is a camper van. I have to slam the sliding door for it to close properly and it is impossible to close securely from the inside. so if it rains... it leaks...a lot!Hoping someone reads tis and gets back to me.

Works van was booked in for a minor repair at the Ayr branch. The tech done a good job on the van while I waited. Teigan in reception was first class, great service and chatty! Top work and communication throughout was commendable.

The repair to my car was done well within a reasonable time. The staff I dealt with were very nice and helpful, when dealt with personally, though telephone answering was poor. I was kept up to date with progress and
I was given a very good automatic courtesy car. All in all problem free.

My car was crashed in to and Steer were a Tesla approved repairer through my insurance. The repair has been done well. It took 10 weeks in total for the repair to be complete which is a long time IMO, however I was told that this was down to part delays, so more of an issue with Tesla than Steer. Anyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful at Steer and I can’t fault them for that.

Excellent service and work done on car, including metallic paint which is difficult to match. The only gripe I would have is that it took a very long time. Waitrose were paying as a result of a bump with one of their vans, and also provided a hire car which may have contributed to that. However overall great service, communication and work.

My car needed repairing and the insurance company arranged for it to go to Steer. They rang me with a date and supplied a courtesy car which they brought to me. I thought it would be with them for a week but they rang me the next day to say the work was complete. I had my car returned to me all nicely cleaned inside and out. They had got the items in which were needed, before they got my car. The people I spoke to were pleasant,polite and friendly.

Work on the car was completed within a week which was great ! Also looks great so im very happy ! However communication on getting my vehicle back was not great as it took Enterprise which supplied the courtesy car to actually get a time on which I could pick the vehicle up ,even though I had rang in the morning for updates no time was given . This ment I had to wait all day with plans on hold where I think what would make the service better if they sent a text with an estimated time period of when the vehicle would be ready .

Don’t allow your vehicle to go to steer Automotive Boston . Our car when’s there after hitting a deer for some minor repairs to the front bumper. The vehicle was there for five weeks for a max of one week repair job.A few weeks later the inner wheel arch fell down on the wheel and it destroyed it. This was reported to steer who arranged to inspect it at Boston , on inspection the manager Domenico said he would correct it . When we arrived home he had sent an email to us saying it was not their fault as we must of hit a pothole. On further inspection by a professional engineer it was clear that the parts had been fitted incorrectly and were fitted differently to the other side of the vehicle. We sent pictures of the two sides to Domenico who responded by saying “we had taken both sides apart so how do you know that the failed one is the incorrect one”this says it all to me. After this we decided we didn’t want these people anywhere near our car again so we payed to have it corrected and it was also found that broken parts from the original damage had been refitted. Steer Clear.
