Airbag recall
Booked in for an airbag recall. When booking I was told up to 30 mins. On arrival was told 2-3 hours and they would text me when ready. Returned after 1 hour and was ready but no text received.
Review of receipt showed incorrect mileage by 36788 miles and incorrect next service due as 18 months overdue. They obviously do not care about correct customer records. Won't be returning.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service, the worst staff and managements. I ordered a part for my vehicle for collection from Edgware. They text you stating your order is ready for collection when you arrive they can’t find. The staff and managements are unfriendly, welcoming and helpful. The driver or staff members sign for it and then all of sudden your order goes missing. Mo the manager stated he will call when the order arrives but never made any contact. I would say AVOID EDGWARE AT ALL COST. IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND PETROL.

Absolutely appalling communication
Stellantis &You (Vauxhall Edgware) provided multiple contradictory estimates before my service (doubling the timescale less than 24 hours beforehand), they didn't provide the necessary documentation (or promised incentives) afterwards, they don't reply to messages submitted via their website, they only occasionally reply to text messages (despite contacting customers that way), they apparently don't have an email address (!) and they even ignore letters of complaint delivered via Royal Mail.
I was going to give them a second star, because I think the service was OK. But without the paperwork, how can I know?
Maybe a Trustpilot review will elicit a response, but I won't be holding my breath.

Annual inspection-Excellent service!
I had my annual inspection for my Motability vehicle last November and I was assisted by Roza Graca through the entire process. I was impressed with her courtesy, professionalism and efficiency she displayed during our interaction. The Motability scheme is a lifeline for my child & myself and the service we have received from day one with Stellantis in Edgware has nothing been nothing short of spectacular hence I am certain this dealership of my choice will be one for many years to come!

New Astra cupholder jammed and they deny to repair it under warranty!
I took my nearly new Vauxhall Astra L (2024, 6700 mileage) to Stellantis Edgware because the cupholder jammed — clearly a weak mechanism issue. They refused to cover it under warranty and told it doesnt stuck on its own and you've broken it! The attitude was left me disappointed and I made a formal complaint to Vauxhall. It wasn't the warranty level I was expecting when bought a £43k new car from Vauxhall!
The service manager behaved me politely, I want to be fair. But I expect them to accept that the issue is with the weak mechanism of the part not my usage. I didn't misuse the cupholder. It jammed after a short while of usage.
