After three contacts, I am as impressed as I was after my very first call. First contact was to identify what I needed. Second contact was to notify them that I had not received an email with download and registration key. Response was quick and instructions clear. I recently used Stellar Converter for OST to recover my business emails from an OST file. I was facing issues with empty folders and corrupted emails in Outlook.
