Client deleted a 365 user, Microsoft purged the mail store after 30days, 12 months later mail was desperately needed for a legal issue. OST to PST (getting the data from the cached local pc store) saved the day !!!

This Stellar Converter for OST software was a lifesaver when trying to retrieve Outlook Mail files from former employees. The employees were offboarded incorrectly, and we were unable to access some of the history. The Stellar Converter for OST enabled us to recover the old email files. I will surely recommend.

I had problems activating the product because I downloaded the corporate version but purchased the technical version. The customer service person explained this to me and very quickly got onto my computer and deleted the corporate version and downloaded the technical version, activated it, saved the 14 GB file I had already converted so it could be downloaded to the right file. Thank God for good customer service. Wait time was very short. Would highly recommend the development team's six this glitch as the customer service person confirmed he had very often had to deal with the same problem.

I used Stellar Converter for OST when my Outlook OST file became inaccessible, and it worked really well. The software was easy to use and quickly showed all my emails before conversion. I was able to convert everything to PST without losing folder structure or attachments. The process was smooth, though the full version is required to save files.
